Pros
What I appreciate most is the customer service and how straightforward everything is to navigate. The online dashboard lets me quickly locate all the payroll reports I need. Having employees access their own paystubs and W2's directly is really convenient too.
Cons
The frequent change of account managers has been frustrating. We've gone through several since starting and while customer service remains excellent, I'd prefer more consistency rather than switching managers every month or two.

Pros
I consider myself pretty tech-savvy but this platform is very user-friendly. I can process payroll, generate reports (even those tricky insurance audits with tight deadlines) and handle all my small business functions in no time. The support team is excellent whether I'm working from my desktop or using the mobile app on the go. Whenever I need assistance, my specialist is always there to help me out.
Cons
Hard to find any real downsides. Everything feels pretty simple.

Pros
Appreciate having a dedicated customer service rep I can reach out to whenever problems come up.
Cons
The system feels fragmented. You have to export time and attendance info into payroll before you can actually process anything. It's definitely an improvement over what they had before but there's still a significant gap compared to what other companies are offering.

I like how convenient everything is. Having everything bundled together in one place makes my job so much easier. The interface is clean and moving between different sections feels easy. What I find particularly valuable is the administrative control I have, plus the convenience of staff being able to access the system with their own logins.
Cons
The learning curve can be steep when transitioning from another system and getting comfortable with all the features takes some time.

Cons
The Help Center function is frustrating since I can't download info easily and it doesn't open in a separate window so I'm constantly switching back and forth instead of following directions while staying logged in.

I like how changes to employee information save automatically right away. Being able to submit payroll whenever I need to has been a game changer. It's cut down on mistakes and speeds everything up significantly.
Cons
I ran into a nightmare with the 401k setup for a while. The help desk was useless since they only assist customers using Paychex as there 401k provider and my payroll specialist was completely hopeless with this issue. Eventually got it sorted with help from a senior team member but it shouldn't have been such a struggle.

Cons
Setting up our complex payroll with multiple departments and varying pay rates proved pretty tricky at first. We've got everything dialed in now and it runs smoothly. The detailed reporting could be more user-friendly, though they do offer plenty of standard reports that work well.
