It is very easy to use, simple and smooth. I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-understand payroll system.

Cons

The only downside for me is the login process. The two-factor authentication can be annoying for employees to deal with.

I think that it has a really user-friendly interface and I can track and adjust payroll in real time with ease. accessing benefits is also a very simple.

Their mobile version is kind of clunky. It feels like there are too many messages popping up which distracts from getting work done.

The platform is designed really well and the software walks you through everything step by step even if you don't have much experience or knowledge.

While the interface is simple and easy to use, I do find some things hard to locate and confusing. For example, past pay stubs aren't in the my Pay section but are on the homepage dashboard which can be frustrating.

The only positive thing I can say is that it's cheaper than other payroll companies and really easy to use. Other than that, I haven't had a very good experience with Paychex.

Customer support wasn't pleasant when I had to call about mistakes Paychex made. I wouldn't trust them with tax filings. The reports are really basic and for anything else, you have to call them.

I really appreciate being able to approve my team's hours while using the admin section. Its great that I can break it down by pay week or pay period. Very convenient for me.

I cant print out the specific error or the full time sheet when there are punch in and out errors from an employee. This is really important for my business since we need signatures to approve any adjustments for these errors.

Dont get the point behind separate logins for different functions. Some of the actions are a bit confusing and I feel like I have to click around a lot just to figure out how to do simple tasks.
