Paycor Makes My Time Well Spent

Pros

Implementing Paycor has allowed us to replace our paperbased onboarding system resulting in significant time and cost savings. We make use of several features such as the Learning Management System Onboarding Time and Attendance Performance Reviews and Benefits. It has become an integral part of our HR processes.

Cons

One area where Paycor could be improved is in terms of customization options. Currently we are unable to add multiple businesses with different logos to the home page which limits its usefulness. More customization options would enhance its overall value.

Paycor Has Considerably Improved HR Productivity

Pros

Since implementing Paycor our HR department's productivity has seen a significant boost. The transition from manual timekeeping on paper timesheets to using the Paycor mobile app has been a gamechanger for us. Our employees can now easily clock their hours using the app which automatically imports the data into Paygrid. Additionally Paycor is used regularly for managing paid time off requests benefits administration and scheduling. It has become a crucial tool for our HR operations.

Cons

There are areas where the Time Accrual system in Paycor could be improved. It's important for employees to have a clear and easy way to track their vacation time and the method used to determine their balance should be more transparent. Enhancements to this system would greatly benefit our employees' experience with Paycor.

High-end payroll solution.

Pros

Paycor is famous for providing cutting-edge payroll administration solutions, and our experience is no different. We have been utilizing this product and have received excellent services. This software is a powerful tool; the analytics greatly facilitate all required reporting. The most effective payroll solution has helped our HR department tremendously. Paycors user interface is intuitive, and response time is almost instant. We have been very pleased with the software overall.

Cons

They weirdly lock most items so they cannot be modified or deleted. For instance, I made an error on someones direct deposit record. On a direct deposit, I used the wrong deduction code. I couldnt modify the field after it was filled out and saved. As a workaround, I had to disable the direct deposit and enter the new correct information in a separate record. Changing the deduction code on the existing record would have been far more convenient, which would have kept the clutter under control.

Best HR tool ever with an amazing customer support!

Pros

Performing HR activities using Paycor has been fantastic. Also, whenever I’ve contacted the support service, they’ve always been courteous and helpful. We recently implemented software that allows each employee to access their profile to see all of their information, such as performance reviews, disciplinary action, and compensation information. It has eliminated the need for a middleman (mostly their HOD) to complete basic tasks like leave management. Everything I need for the individual is right there. It’s also quite simple to use.

Cons

It is a bit difficult to learn and manage Paycor, but once I went through the training, I understood it better, and it worked perfectly. I wish the software was a little easy in its totality, as some of us have to spend some extra time learning about the software otherwise. The most difficult part for me was figuring out how to run reports, and I still haven’t figured it out quite yet, but some users are trained enough to help me deal with it.

Great payroll and attendance features with good support team response

Pros

It generates excellent reports and they can be personalized to save a lot of valuable time. I also appreciate how simple the software is to use and that Paycors customer support is very helpful. Paycor also keeps improving its features by paying attention to user feedback.

Cons

Although I dont have anything against Paycor, we dont hire on a monthly basis, so the onboarding process doesnt really work for us. The price is a bit too high for our budget but still, it is justified when you look at the ease it brings in our daily work routine.

Helping me with payroll ever since.

Pros

Paycor allows me to oversee payroll without substantial hassles, making it an ideal alternative for financial institutions like ours and especially for our admin department. It is a core financial tool that I must have at my disposal, which allows me to carry out payroll procedures and is primarily made to help human resource experts. It also helps facilitate everyday operations and assists them in carrying out employee schedules, such as actions related to their income. It has made our operations very transparent and more reliable.

Cons

I personally feel that Paycor software has a steep learning curve for a significant portion of its users like us, which is one of its potential downsides for me. Additionally, there have been some complaints regarding the unreliability of customer service, with users reporting slow or unhelpful responses. I was very disappointed by this as it disrupts the entire workflow, and it takes some time to get back into action. I hope that this issue will be looked into and resolved soon.
