“Used to be good, now has lots of problems
Pros
I used to like the impersonation feature but they removed it. I initially found the system user-friendly.
Cons
The call center is a big issue. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Last week I was just told to review the documents in the library and didn't get any real help.

Pros
Navigating the pages is simple. moving around is easy too and I like that everything is clearly labeled and easy to identify.
Cons
I find the time scheduling feature confusing. When I try to enter blocks or make edits, it does not work as expected for some reason.

Cons
some of the less frequently used services are not very user friendly and the tutorials for using them don't provide enough guidance.

It is easy to use as clocking in and out is simple and accessing the timecard functions is simple. In short navigation is not an issue.

I find the system very user-friendly. It is simple to track pay stubs and time entries and changing tax withholdings is easy to do.
Cons
The new interface needs to be more user-friendly. I would also like to see charts that show my time off and how it changes by pay periods, among other things.

“Excellent first experience
Pros
This is our first HRIS so the whole process has been a learning experience. We use it daily for things like onboarding and its pretty amazing how many features it offers. With all the attachments available I would say its an all in one solution. Some of the resource tools have been super helpful for quick fixes to simple problems. Its also really easy to use for basic HCM. They're constantly updating their features and you can tell theyre dedicated to improving the user experience constantly. The recruiting module has been flexible to our needs. Our sales rep was very helpful and always available when we needed him during set up even though it didnt go perfectly. But he did his best to support us. Onboarding and workforce management were huge challenges for us before we had Paycor. Now its so much easier to set up a solid onboarding process, getting hiring managers involved at the right times and making sure we have all the necessary documentation. Its really been a game changer for us.
Cons
I am not too impressed with Paycor's customer support. I often find myself knowing just as much or even more than the support team. They dont seem very well trained. This can make it tough when I am trying to solve a complicated issue and theres no one around who can help. Another issue is that switching between different parts of Paycor like Recruiting, HCM and Paths can feel disjointed. They all work fine on their own but its obvious they were added on after the main system was built which causes a lack of consistency between them.

Pros
I really enjoy working with our sales rep. Hes dedicated to making sure we are getting exactly what we need and that we are happy with the service we are getting. Really makes it a nice experience.
Cons
The time it takes to get a response for escalated service requests is a bit frustrating. Sometimes it can take up to two hours and there are situations where I really need a faster response especially if its an urgent issue.

Pros
The customer service helped a great deal during the initial set up and were always there when I needed help. I can always get someone who knows what theyre talking about and my sales rep is always there to help too.
Cons
One feature I wish I had access to is the ability to use the admin platform on my phone. Being able to manage things on the go would make my job so much easier especially since I work across multiple devices.

Pros
Theyve got a solid userfriendly platform. The setup is super simple and everything works together well making it easy to get things done.
Cons
The fees are a real downside. Every little thing gets charged and it adds up quickly especially when youre adding new states to your payroll. It can get pretty expensive.

Having all our employee information in one place is such a huge convenience. Plus our employees can easily manage their time off requests without any difficulty.
Cons
The time card updates are a pain and take forever to save the update. After each update you have to save it and then it just spins forever. When youve got multiple corrections to make, it becomes a really slow and tedious process.

All the different features they offer work so well together. It makes things much easier for my employees which is a huge plus.
Cons
Ive had some issues with the chat help. The team doesnt seem to have the answers I need and the AI driven responses can be pretty frustrating. The support needs to improve.

Cons

The customer service is excellent and it's easy to implement and use for everyone. I would say it is perfect for companies that are growing or don't have a large workforce where technology is easily accessible.
Cons
as per me the billing department was a problem. There was not an easy number to call when I faced an issue. The email I received sent me on a wild goose chase and all I wanted to do was pay my invoice.

I really like how user-friendly the recruiting platform is. It simplifies the hiring process with its intuitive design making collaboration with hiring managers and tracking candidate progress effortless.
Cons
The reporting features are quite limited and customization is tough which means you don't always get the metrics you need. Luckily there are workarounds if you are willing to put in some extra effort outside the system.
