So easy to use and I can find what I need without any issues. When I've needed help, their support team has been quick to respond and resolve issues.
Cons
Inability to direct deposit complete bonus amounts when there's already a prepaid deposit set up is frustrating. Being forced to print paper checks feels outdated and creates unnecessary problems.

Interface is really user friendly. Finding what I need is quick and effortless, which I appreciate since having everything accessible right away saves me from digging around endlessly.
Cons
Recent updates to the reporting feature have made things more cumbersome and confusing for me. The previous format was much easier and I'd really prefer if they reverted back to the old way of doing things.

I love how this automatically imports our payroll files for processing, something QuickBooks never allowed us to do and it's made a massive difference in our workflow.
Cons
Hard to bypass processes when you need flexibility. Sometimes feels like you're stuck in bureaucratic red tape that slows things down.

The interface has a really clean design that makes using it effortless.
Cons
My access permissions keep changing randomly and when I reached out for help through our company rep, their support team couldn't actually fix anything. They just gave me workarounds instead of solving the root problem. Honestly felt like they didn't have the expertise to properly troubleshoot or explain what was going wrong. I'm still dealing with the same issue, just using elevated access as a band-aid solution now. Also, some of the workflows like Time Off History are pretty confusing and could definitely use some work to make them more user-friendly.

Pros
The all-in-one setup really works well for us. Payroll is convenient and doesn't give me headaches. I appreciate how recruiting flows right into onboarding.
Cons
Support drops off significantly once you're up and running. Getting answers can be frustrating and the quality really depends on which rep you get. They constantly point you to PEAK articles rather than actually helping you troubleshoot. There's no way to switch between admin and employee views when trying to guide staff, which is a real pain since the interfaces look completely different.

It has been a great partner for our fast-moving business. When we need services outside of what we offer, I feel comfortable referring clients to them. Pros
I love how we can manage all our foreign payrolls in the same system and pull a variety of payroll reports with ease.
Cons
Compared to our old system it is a huge upgrade. The only thing I don't love is how hard it is to go between foreign payrolls. You always have to go back to the main screen to switch between countries.
