Pros

Honestly, there wasn't anything that stood out as particularly beneficial for our needs. We ended up canceling because it just didn't seem like the right fit for what we were trying to accomplish.

Cons

Setting it up was pretty confusing. When I talked to other people in payroll, they said this isn't how things are usually handled in our industry.

Solid investment

Pros

The capabilities here are truly impressive. You can do almost anything HR-related that comes to mind. Just the reporting and analytics features make this a solid investment.

Cons

The rollout could have been better organized. We faced some delays that pushed us past our deadlines, which was frustrating when we had commitments to meet.

terrible implementation, wouldn't recommend

Pros

Some team members were helpful with implementation and the interface definitely looks more current compared to other platforms I've used.

Cons

The implementation process was absolutely terrible and completely overshadowed any benefits the system might have had. Even though everything is supposed to be connected inluding HR, Benefits, payroll, COBRA, FSA/HSA, Performance, it isn't. The reporting functionality we were excited about became irrelevant because of how poorly everything was set up. Nobody on my team is satisfied with the results and we all regret choosing this platform. If we had known how bad the implementation and customer service would be, we definitely would have gone with something else.

Helpful but too basic for our needs

Pros

Really appreciate how easy this is to use and it covers recruiting, LMS etc.

Cons

Feels too simplistic for our needs and when we run into problems, the support team hasn't been much help in getting things sorted out.

lets me handle multiple payrolls

Pros

Managing payroll has been convenient especially when I need to import timecards directly into the dashboard. I handle 10 separate payrolls with different client IDs every pay period and despite how hectic things can get, I'm able to knock out all 10 in a single day when deadlines are tight.

Cons

Tax department drives me crazy every year when new tax rates need updating. I send them the tax rate forms but they consistently enter them wrong. Why can't I just input my own tax rates to ensure they're accurate? It doesn't make sense how someone can make so many mistakes with something this important. They should be triple-checking their work! Monthly invoices are another headache with constant errors year after year. Even though I have everything set to paperless, they still charge us for year-end payroll reports that were never mailed. We added FSA, HSA and Cobra services 8 months ago and the billing for these services has been wrong on every single monthly invoice since then.

Most user-friendly software

Pros

I've used nearly every payroll platform out there and this one really stands out for being most user-friendly. The customer service reps actually know what they're talking about and whenever I need help with banking, taxes or HR stuff, the team is super responsive and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The only downside is the pricing. It could be around 15% lower to be more competitive in the market.

Pros

I'm really pleased with what this offers especially the reporting capabilities which work smoothly.

Cons

Some phone representatives lack the knowledge to handle complex issues and often can't resolve problems independently, requiring escalation or multiple calls.

unhelpful contact during implementation process

Pros

Sales team really knew how to sell me on this and they were pretty convincing during the whole process.

Cons

The implementation process was absolutely brutal, easily the worst I've experienced. My consultant for emerging markets payroll was unhelpful and had this condescending, dismissive attitude that made everything worse. Her emails were terribly formatted with no greetings, just copy-pasted content and zero real guidance or personal touch to help me through anything.

Pros

Never have to worry about getting stuck with payroll issues since their Chicago support team is available during extended weekday hours. It's reassuring to know help is there when I need it.

Cons

The time tracking feels somewhat separate from the payroll and HR features, which can be confusing at first until you get the hang of them.

dislike a lot of functionalities

Pros

Onboarding tool is pretty decent since it lets all our locations use the same system. Makes things smoother for HR when you're dealing with multiple company sites.

Cons

Some functionalities really get on my nerves. Scrolling through new hire entry is a nightmare as I'm constantly jumping between different screens and missing one tiny checkbox can derail the whole process. Customizing reports is way harder than it should be and don't even get me started on the client support.

wish we had switched earlier

Pros

Having the PPP loan reports feature was helpful. I just entered my date range and got all the necessary details for my loan application automatically generated.

Cons

No downsides, just benefits all around. We're cutting costs significantly each month and honestly wish we'd made the switch earlier.

Most effective system I've ever used

Pros

I find it so user-friendly. Having used several other systems before, none have been as effective as this one. More companies should really consider adopting it.

Cons

I've come across some system bugs that took me way too time to troubleshoot on my own. Really feel like the support team should of stepped in to help instead of leaving me to figure out the backend issues myself.

brilliant set up team

Pros

The implementation team was brilliant. They helped us transition from our old paper filing system to something that's actually organized and trackable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Cons

The main issue I have is that you're forced to pay for every single employee to access features that maybe only a quarter of your staff actually needs. This makes it pretty expensive and not very practical for smaller companies like ours.

Pros

I like the single sign-on feature. It's convenient having everything consolidated in one spot, which makes managing our benefits much simpler.
