Once you learn how to navigate you can easily switch between employees to review appraisals or move to the employee dashboard to view your own appraisal.
Cons
Navigating to a previous appraisal or returning to the one I was working on can sometimes be confusing.

I appreciate the generic wording it provides especially when Im stuck. The spell check is a great feature and I love that it saves automatically.
Cons
If I want to copy a comment from another performance review I have to navigate to that persons review but instead of taking me directly there it leads me to the factors. It would be helpful to compare what was written in each review without switching back and forth.
