The accessibility and ease of management are notable. The software offers great features and receives regular upgrades.
Cons
The small format when printing performance documents is terrible. Building forms is limited and feels clunky. It would be convenient to attach documents (links) to actual performance forms instead of having to navigate to a different area to find them. The routing process remains difficult especially when involving multiple appraisers.

Its relatively straightforward to use though it takes some time to adjust to setting up positions and factors.
Cons
I find it relatively easy to use although setting up positions and factors initially requires some time to adjust. However navigating the Reports section can be challenging. For instance when I try to generate a report with all factors listed it only shows a portion of them.

The electronic nature of evaluations allowing them to accompany employees throughout their career with our company was a crucial feature for us. We utilize the program for various evaluations and to store other employee documents.
Cons
One drawback is that the program doesnt notify HR staff when evaluations are completed and signed by all required personnel. This means we have to manually track completed evaluations for processing performance pay increases.

Its functionality is impressive. Theres been significant backend work to ensure easy navigation for the end user. Despite some managers limited internet skills they find the software very user-friendly.
Cons
My main issue is the inability to fully customize the system to align with our appraisal cycle and make global changes or set dates. Each appraisal needs to be manually adjusted which can be time-consuming.

I value the available template forms like the Verbal Warning and Achievement templates. The Notes section is also helpful for documenting meetings and coaching sessions.
Cons
Weve faced some challenges using the system for performance appraisals when an employee has multiple managers or positions throughout the review period. During the last review cycle we had significant organizational movement and some employees had three or More managers who needed to submit review information.

Performance Pro addresses most of the challenges associated with any Performance Management process. The ultimate goal in implementing an effective Performance Management process is to make it efficient and effective. Performance Pro accomplishes this by streamlining the Performance Management and Review process through its web-based solution eliminating the need for paper documents to support reviews performance improvement plans coaching forms etc. Everything is consolidated in one system and fully customizable. While other systems may offer customization for a fee Performance Pro allows me to customize most elements of the Performance Review process and forms for free and its incredibly user-friendly. Theres a wide range of factors to choose from goals can be tailored for specific positions and they can be reviewed and evaluated periodically with employees throughout the year. If you need to justify the cost to your CEO consider the reduction in administrative expenses and the immediate return on investment as your goals and factors align directly with business objectives.

Theres nothing specific that I dislike about the product. If I had to wish for something it would be full integration with my HRIS system. And it seems that this wish will be granted soon!
