Transitioning from our internally developed app was smooth for employees who appreciated features like adding goals notes and ratings. Mandatory record updates ensure timely appraisals enhancing transparency through easily accessible documentation.
Cons
Some of us experience performance issues with the application. Were unsure if its our devices or something else causing it. The UI looks sluggish and outdated which doesnt help. Customer support was lacking either our issues werent given priority or the assigned support wasnt knowledgeable.
