Great product.

Pros

Navigation is easy and the work specifications are straightforward. They are worded in simple terms making them understandable.

Cons

Its frustrating that linking to another device requires an additional fee and emailing from the program should be a standard feature.

Easy for managers and supervisors

Pros

Weekly email notifications for pending reviews and a note section for supervisors and managers to provide feedback are useful features. Setting up and assigning factors and goals is straightforward.

Cons

When an employee changes job titles their goals should also change. Additionally it would be helpful to have More levels in the downline hierarchy.

Our experience is great, as PP has simplified our system and increased ease of use.

I can customize the software myself to meet the changing needs of my organization. I support four organizations each with slightly different requirements.

Excellent Customer Service

Pros

In my experience I find this software to be generally good and its quite easy to navigate.

Cons

I recently participated in a conference call discussing the performance application. I wish we could set up More than one appraisal at a time for an employee. Currently when an employee is promoted the current manager must complete the review update all information and then set up a second review for the promoted position. Afterwards I have to average the totals for a final score which is quite time-consuming.

Software makes performance Reviews a tolerable task every year.

Pros

I particularly like the simplicity and consistency in entering actual goals and tracking their accomplishment. It provides clear feedback for the individual being evaluated and includes factors that adequately represent the necessary personal qualities for senior management.

Cons

Theres nothing specific that I dislike. Initially it can be confusing to use but with training and support it quickly becomes user-friendly.

Phenomenal Customer Service

Pros

While the software itself is commendable what truly stands out is the exceptional customer service. The competency library and detailed skill level descriptions are among the best features. The transition to digital reviews is excellent although common among performance management software. However the standout is the prompt customer service. I rarely encounter an issue that cant be resolved by the first person who answers the phone.

Cons

The graphics are a bit tiresome and there are inconsistencies within the system regarding saving work which is not ideal. The video how-tos are also lacking and dont cover many topics.
