In my experience I find this software to be generally good and its quite easy to navigate.
Cons
I recently participated in a conference call discussing the performance application. I wish we could set up More than one appraisal at a time for an employee. Currently when an employee is promoted the current manager must complete the review update all information and then set up a second review for the promoted position. Afterwards I have to average the totals for a final score which is quite time-consuming.

Pros
While the software itself is commendable what truly stands out is the exceptional customer service. The competency library and detailed skill level descriptions are among the best features. The transition to digital reviews is excellent although common among performance management software. However the standout is the prompt customer service. I rarely encounter an issue that cant be resolved by the first person who answers the phone.
Cons
The graphics are a bit tiresome and there are inconsistencies within the system regarding saving work which is not ideal. The video how-tos are also lacking and dont cover many topics.
