Pros

The customizable nature of Performance Pro aligns company objectives with solutions facilitating employee performance evaluation. Its ideal for HR personnel and offers excellent customer service.

Cons

Load times are sometimes too slow consuming a lot of computer resources. It takes a while to locate pages due to excessive clicking.

Pros

This platform eases HR workload is user-friendly and efficient for report generation. Customer service is helpful and respectful resolving issues promptly. It allows for customized employee yearly appraisals.

Cons

Notifications have occasionally failed to come through causing delays in workload. This happened after an update requiring us to reset settings but it was resolved.

You can review and automatically copy goals from the previous year for evaluation in the current year.

Cons

The UI could be More intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. It currently looks like a basic interface without much flair.

I appreciate that both the supervisor and subordinate can sign off comment and grade their own goals.

Cons

The softwares UX is poor making it difficult to navigate and find areas. It doesnt provide clear errors for unfilled fields hindering progress.

Phenomenal - brought clarity, consistency and transparency to our performance management efforts.

Pros

Performance management becomes a collaborative process between employees and managers. It offers a meaningful way to track goals and job competencies for a comprehensive performance picture. Employees can access their profile and related documents anytime. The ability to create internal Forms is excellent facilitating sending collecting signatures and storing for reference.

Cons

I hope to see Compease and Performance Pro fully integrated in the future allowing for a single sign-on. Currently they are separate applications and integration would be beneficial.

Implementation went smoothly and support when I have questions has been great.

Pros

The tools available are user-friendly including responsive instant messaging with support staff and abundant resources in the help section. Step-by-step walkthroughs with pictures are particularly helpful.

Cons

It would be helpful for appraisers to be able to send appraisals back for editing by the employee not just administrators.
