Extremely unsatisfactory experience

digital personnel file and recruiting module are very useful and I appreciate how they align our HR workflows.

We have unfortunately had predominantly negative experiences with this tool. At first the sales process felt fine and the contact came across as friendly but my team quickly felt rushed during the decision-making phase. They pressured us to decide within a week, saying certain discounts would no longer apply otherwise which felt completely unnecessary for a long-term HR-tool choice. After we decided and began implementation it became clear that the implementation manager, who had been highly praised up front, seemed unmotivated and took a very long time to reply to our questions. In the end we handled most of the implementation ourselves. During that phase we had various questions and reached out to the support team repeatedly but average response times were about a week and some issues dragged on for up to six weeks before being resolved. Their terms and conditions promise much faster reaction times than we actually got. We spoke with them about this exact problem and were told improvements would follow: the Growth Team said they would pass on a high-priority request to support so we wouldn't have to wait so long. In our experience nothing changed and we could not see any effect of that promised prioritization. Another major issue throughout sales and the later process was inconsistent information from different employees: multiple people from this company repeatedly assured us certain platform features existed but those features turned out not to be available later on, at least not in the subscription plan the sales team had recommended to us. Ultimately we had to upgrade to a higher plan just to get the functions we were shown and that had been a primary reason we chose this tool in the first place. The upgrade process itself was cold and lacked goodwill from the Growth Team, we were basically told that because we were loud as a customer we couldn't expect special treatment. No one admitted mistakes and they showed little understanding of our perspective as customers who had been misadvised. Instead we were blamed for not testing the features more thoroughly ourselves. To top it off, a supposedly solution-focused call was given only 15 minutes of their time. All in all this has been extremely unsatisfactory.

Pros

Maintaining records and documentation about my interactions with the company is simple and I find the tool helpful for this purpose.

Cons

From my perspective, it would be helpful if the app provided a bit more detail about the team, specifically from a teammate's point of view rather than a supervisor's.

interface is clear and easy to understand and I love that features aren't hidden, I can handle recruitment, calendars and tracking without extra help.

Cons

After an update, some of my colleagues' calendar entries got scrambled which I found frustrating. Still, I don't have many other complaints, just a few small adjustments here and there would make it even better.

Impressive employee management and support

Pros

I'm really impressed with the employee management. Having a centralized database for all employee information has significantly improved our ability to monitor performance, manage time off and stay compliant with regulations. Its integrations with other tools we use have boosted our overall productivity even further. Another area where this tool shines is customer support, the support team responds quickly, knows their stuff and consistently goes the extra mile to resolve issues or answer questions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear and made our transition to the tool extremely smooth.

Cons

One minor downside I've noticed is that the options for customizing reports are a bit limited. It would be great if I could design custom reports with more flexibility so we can better meet specific requirements and tailor the data views to our needs.

Modern and simple interface

Pros

tool's modern, clean interface is impressive and I find it convenient enough that even someone without deep technical knowledge can use it easily. I was able to plug it into existing systems and workflows without any hassle.

Cons

I can't really assess other features because, as a single user, I only record my attendance and vacation days here. For that purpose the software works flawlessly and handles everything I need without a problem.
