Cons

Pros
One aspect that stands out to me is how it centralizes so many HR tasks in a single spot. Vacation requests, time tracking and payroll become far simpler to manage, both from an employee's perspective and for HR professionals. The layout feels tidy and easy, so I didn't have to spend ages learning how to use it. I also value the visibility it provides, I can check my remaining vacation days, access important documents and download payslips whenever I need them, without having to bother HR.
Cons
That said, there are a few rough edges: some parts of the app can feel sluggish or awkward to use, particularly when pages take a while to load or when moving between different sections. The reporting tools are another weak point, I often wish they were more adaptable and offered deeper customization. And although the platform handles most of the fundamental HR processes, I still end up doing several smaller workflows by hand which is a bit frustrating.

Payroll is easy to set up and runs smoothly with minimal effort and I appreciate the simple connection with our tax advisor plus easy document sharing with the team, while time off, absence and sick leave management work very well
Cons
I find other features hard to use and pretty inflexible, onboarding and offboarding feel tough with little room for customization, for example, once I tick an item I can't uncheck it. There are only templates, so every new hire needs a whole new template (I can't add extra tasks). Navigation is awkward and nonconvenient and support is a hassle since only the owner can reach out, not even an admin

Pros
The site is really clear and well-organized. I can immediately see my absences, pay slips and other important documents. Submitting time off requests is super easy and I can put in vacation requests without any fuss. Everything is simple to find and pretty self-explanatory.
Cons
Sometimes the site loads a bit slowly. I would also like it if vacation and sick days were shown in distinct colors so I could tell them apart more easily.

Payroll integration, even if partially automated, is appreciated and I find that it was a key reason we switched from absence.io to this tool.
Cons
Honestly, the whole system is really cluttered and not very convenient. We currently pay roughly EUR7,000 per year for what is essentially a small team's subscription and the pricing structure leaves little room for flexibility. The way vacation days are calculated kept being incorrect and I could only locate the settings to fix those mistakes with support's help. The web portal isn't even responsive and the mobile app feels like a joke both in features and scope, plus the customer service is only marginally accommodating.
