Pros
interface is very user-friendly and I didn't need any expert training to use it. I can easily customize the reports I want to build and include a variety of conditions.
Cons
From my experience, the product would need further development to scale well across multiple locations. Although I appreciate that the tool offers highly customizable fields, when you're operating across many countries with centralized functions like HR analytics, you often need built-in features for local rules (for example a 13th month salary, different working time rules, or specific fields for country-specific allowances). I also miss more dynamic field options, having dependent dropdowns or similar dynamic inputs would really cut down on data-entry errors when people are populating the system and make the tool much safer to use.

simple, self-explanatory interface is thoughtfully designed and I genuinely find it easy to operate in daily use.
Cons
For me, the main drawback is that the tool isn't built for multiple accounts yet, although the team behind it is already working on adding that capability.

Pros
This tool is easy and comfortable to use and I like how clearly it displays all features. I also appreciate the company org chart, leave management and the ability to get an overview of my colleagues' availability. Managing my own profile and accessing payroll documents is super easy.
Cons
It's hard to pinpoint. Maybe a few items in the onboarding pane aren't editable by me in certain cases. There are some details I can't change even though I'd like to. That might be because I don't have administrator rights. Apart from that, I'm really impressed overall.
