I've been using this for a few years now and it's been a real lifesaver for our HR operations. Having everything consolidated in one place makes such a difference, employee timesheets, vacation balances, holiday schedules and all the hiring/termination records are right there when I need them. The time and cost savings have been significant plus it's eliminated so much of the headache that used to come with managing staff information across multiple systems.

When adding new employees, I sometimes run into small glitches where the PTO time doesn't calculate right and needs manual adjustment. It's pretty minor in the grand scheme of things though.

I appreciate how this tracks employee account balances for sick time, vacation days and other leave. It's been a lifesaver since we used to rely on complicated spreadsheets that needed monthly updates.

Figuring out how to go between different modules takes forever when you dont use them regularly. The help docs are pretty bare bones though support is really good when you reach out.
