I like how this tool makes setting up employee payroll easy. It calculates and updates taxes and allows for easy payment to federal and state authorities.

Cons

This tool Payroll feels extremely expensive to me, with price changes that aren't always explained or accompanied by added benefits.

It integrates easily with QuickBooks Online. I can track hours, account for taxes and access records without hassle.

I've noticed a hefty annual cost for full access to all features and I found the interface not particularly user-friendly.

Okay so... I see that it isn't easily compatible with all software so I often need additional programs.

I can create and send professional invoices, accept online payments and set up automatic reminders and recurring invoices.

What bothers me most is how everything costs extra and adds up quickly, for example, Payroll, Time Tracking and Inventory Management aren't included in base plans. Annual price increases and additional fees for multiple users also make it pricey.

Integrating with time tracking software can be tricky though I think that's usually due to the other software rather than this tool Payroll.

I find that it isn't as user-friendly as other tools when automating taxes, EDD filing, etc. and I wish these processes were more automated.
