It is very simple to set up. We can integrate other core parts of our business like insurance which takes a lot of manual work off our desks.

From time to time I'm limited in what I can do, if it were more customizable to a business, it would be easier. Workarounds are often required.

Payroll processing was slow and often had glitches. I had to contact support regularly and they often required unconventional workarounds until updates were released.
