It didn't take long to get comfortable with it and I absolutely love having the chat option available when I need quick support. Really appreciate that feature being there.
Cons
One thing I do wish QuickBooks Online handled better is customer deposits. We require some customers to pay 50% upfront for materials before work begins and QBO doesn't really support that process. That part ends up being more complicated because we have to kind of trick the system to make it work.

Full Service Payroll comes with outstanding customer support. The team is consistently thorough, responsive and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed.
Cons
One improvement I'd still like to see is the Online version offering the same kinds of reports as the desktop version since those are much simpler to customize and a lot easier to read.

Pros
Running payroll for a small business with fewer than 10 employees, this has covered everything we need. Next-day direct deposit is a huge plus and the automatic tax calculations and payments save a lot of time and stress. It also connects perfectly with our QuickBooks Online account so the reports I rely on are updated automatically with payroll expenses. On top of that customer support has been excellent as they really know payroll and have been incredibly helpful.
Cons
Compared with QuickBooks Desktop, the reporting options are not as extensive and report customization is fairly limited.

There is definitely a learning curve but once you understand how it works, it becomes fairly simple to use. The product has also improved quite a bit over time. Since I run a very small business and my pay changes from month to month, I have been able to figure out how to adjust it to fit what I need.
Cons
Printing payroll checks is where this software really falls short. It just doesn't seem possible to get the checks to print correctly. I have tried adjusting everything I can, including using Intuit checks and they still won't line up properly. I have contacted customer service many times and they keep insisting it's because of a pop-up blocker that isn't even turned on. We've gone through all the troubleshooting steps but nothing has fixed it. From what I have seen in the forums, plenty of other users are dealing with the same issue so it's clearly not just me. At this point I print on plain paper and handwrite the actual check which is frustrating because I'd really prefer to have the stub print correctly.

Using QuickBooks Online together with the TSheets interface has been a really positive experience. The customer service team is usually outstanding when issues come up and problem resolution is handled very well. The agents on both phone and chat tend to be knowledgeable, well trained and capable of addressing concerns efficiently. (See below for a specific situation description.)
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that QBO and TSheets don't support project tracking at a more detailed level like tasks or milestones. Because of that, employee expenses assigned to projects have to be manually worked through in Excel just to invoice clients based on completed tasks or milestone progress. It's surprisingly complex especially since it's hard to imagine a project existing without tasks or milestones.

Using it day to day has been pretty easy and being able to access it through the mobile app makes a big difference. The training courses are also really helpful, both for picking up the basics and building a bit of advanced accounting knowledge. I genuinely enjoy the learning side of it.
Cons
A lot of the glitches have been fixed but there are still a few that haven't been fully resolved. Reporting options feel somewhat limited. The Bill.com integration was a bit finicky, although it did get sorted out in the end. It's also frustrating when software changes are rolled out during holiday weeks.
