“reliable payroll flow”
Pros
Using TSheets alongside QuickBooks Payroll has made everything work really well for us. The integration is also an easy task and running payroll is simple. Even the cutoff times are clear and work out really well for the way our business operates.
Cons
Payroll reporting still feels limited especially when it comes to creating customized reports which hasn't been very easy. It would also help a lot if there were an option for a secondary payroll user who could handle payroll without being given access to the full accounting side.

Everything about it feels very user friendly and simple to use and whenever help is needed, the support team is there and ready to assist.

We really love it and haven't run into any issues at all. It syncs very well with QuickBooks and works exactly as expected.

“Payroll tools that simplify ownership”
Pros
Having payroll built into the software is a big plus and the wide range of add-ons and tools really helps make day-to-day work easier for us as business owners.
Cons
The only issue I have run into was during the move to a new entity. There seem to be a lot of departments involved, all giving different information. I was originally told my details could be transferred easily to the new company account but that didn't end up happening.

“Custom fit with smart automation”
Pros
It works well for the way my business is set up and I appreciate that some parts of the process are handled automatically.
Cons
One thing I'd really love to see is the ability to send 401(k) contributions and DHHR payments directly through QuickBooks so they go out automatically with payroll. Right now, I can set up the deductions but I still cannot have those payments submitted from there.

“Responsive support that keeps improving”
Pros
Whenever an issue comes up, the online chat makes it much easier to work through it together and get to a solution. Over the years, QuickBooks customer support has improved a lot and that has been really wonderful to see.
Cons
There are still the usual glitches here and there but they're fairly simple to work through once you learn how the system handles them.

“Support promises never happen”
Pros
I have been on QuickBooks Payroll for a long time so it's something I am already familiar with and used to working in.
Cons
Customer support is awful. When a problem isn't getting resolved, they just say a manager will call back and that never actually happens.

Pros
Whenever I reach out, the team is very helpful and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
Cons
My only complaint is getting connected to the right person. I get transferred a lot and keep hearing sorry, I am not the right person to talk to.

“Easy payroll for our business”
Pros
Using QuickBooks Payroll has been really easy and it's been performing really well for our business overall.
Cons
The e-file 1099 process, however, wasn't very user-friendly. The W-4 forms sent to my contractors were wrong so I ended up having to correct and redo them manually.

“reliable payroll with handy edits”
Pros
Running payroll with QuickBooks Payroll is efficient and being able to process it ahead of time while still making changes before payday is really useful. The option to print past paychecks and payroll summaries is also a big help.
Cons
A few of the reports feel more complicated than necessary and the credit card sync could work better. It tends to create too many duplicate entries when there's a business credit account with multiple cards under the same account.

“Helpful support despite access issues”
Pros
We use Intuit Full Service Payroll and suppoert team was a huge help the other day. They stayed on the phone with me for hours while we worked through our issue and I really appreciated the time and effort they put in to get it corrected.
Cons
I want to mention two downsides and neither one is about the service itself. First, it's very hard to reach a live person by phone. We use the desktop version of it but Intuit Full Service Payroll directs users to a feature inside QuickBooks Online to call support. Since we don't use the online version, that option isn't available to us. That really needs to be fixed as no one should have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to someone. Second, there's a problem with importing IIF files from Intuit Full Service Payroll into QuickBooks Desktop. Like I spent hours with the QuickBooks Desktop team. They did find a fix but it only worked once. Please check service ticket for the full details because this issue also needs immediate attention.

“friendly support and simple payroll”
Pros
Right away, QuickBooks Payroll felt very easy to use and that simplicity is something I really appreciate. One of the best parts is being able to jump into online chat and get help instantly whenever something comes up. We moved our office today and I ran into an issue with our address and customer support was fantastic. He sincerely asked how my day was going, was kind and understanding throughout the conversation and handled the problem quickly. He also made sure it was fully resolved so it wouldn't happen again.
Cons
After using QuickBooks for the past 5 years, I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the software. It has consistently been a strong fit for our business.

“Customer reps that really helps”
Pros
QuickBooks Payroll takes care of just about everything related to payroll which saves a lot of time. On top of that the support team can share their screen with you and walk you through how to fix issues step by step which is really helpful.
Cons
The only downside is that it can sometimes take a while to get someone on the phone.

“good support”
Pros
Running Full Service Payroll has been really easy and the pricing is quite competitive for what it offers. One thing I really like is having knowledgeable tech support available whenever I have a question or need assistance. Today, #CJM quickly helped me add a payroll item which let me finish my QBO payroll processing without delay. It's also a relief not having to stress over payroll tax calculations or the timing of payroll deposits.
Cons
I honestly do not have any negative feedback about Full Service Payroll.

“best payroll tool we've used”
Pros
Compared with everything else we've tried, QuickBooks has been the one I have enjoyed using the most.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about besides the initial learning curve and they do a lot to help with that. For instance, I spoke with a support team today and they walked me through an issue I was dealing with. Really appreciated the support.
