This tool is easy to use and I think it probably offers more integrations than any other gateway I've tried. Setting it up didn't take much time either.
Cons
Customer support is pretty poor in my experience. Several search issues happen when the API is integrated.

Pros
I can transfer funds from any transaction and receive money in several ways which makes handling payments flexible and convenient.
Cons
One thing I find inconvenient is that I can't transfer money straight to other people's bank accounts or apps like Google Pay or PhonePe. I have to redeem funds through the platform instead.

I find the interface simple to work with and the dashboard keeps everything organized so I can monitor payments without stress. Their security measures make me feel confident that transactions are safe.
Cons
This tool is mostly India-focused, so it's not great for international sales. My first application was even rejected. Fees can add up as transaction volumes increase and integration can be tricky depending on the platform, I needed a developer to get it working on WordPress. Some cards and countries aren't supported and AMEX is a recurring problem.

Pros
Using this tool for e-commerce in India has been great since it accepts many payment options, even mobile wallets. It integrates into any online store or CRM and custom payment pages let me showcase services while accepting payments. Having a dedicated support manager for my account is also really helpful.
Cons

Getting my account approved was quick with minimal compliance needed. After submitting the documents, it was active in three days and it has been running smoothly without any issues ever since.
Cons
The only problem I've come across is with the invoicing system. The templates are very basic and don't look professional and there's no option to create or use a custom invoice format.

Pros
This tool is one of the top payment gateways I've used, handling credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking with over 50 banks and a bunch of mobile wallets. The dashboard makes things easy with automated receipts and customizable payment pages and I could integrate it with OpenCart, WordPress and Shopify. The processing fee is usually a bit lower than Instamojo and customer support is available 24/7.
Cons
Security has been a concern for me since SSL isn't consistently enforced. It also lacks user-focused options like gift cards and there's no basic or free tier available which makes it less flexible for small businesses.

Cons
A few things this tool should fix like wallet payments need to be open to all customers, as I noticed there are limits for new users. Also, it can take over 15 days to resolve small issues and customer support is often quite slow.

Cons

I find this tool great for small businesses since there's no monthly or yearly fee, it's basically pay-as-you-go. They charge about 2.6% per transaction and the support team is really friendly, usually answering questions within a day.
Cons
Accepting international payments has been tricky. I had to go through many formalities and the tool reportedly required around 50K INR in domestic payments as verification before allowing international transactions.

Pros
Anyone can sign up, small businesses, big companies, or even individuals offering services, classes, or selling products. After completing KYC, the funds go straight to the bank account. I like that the free tier takes just 2% per payment and I can quickly make and share payment links or hosted pages, select payment options and even create invoices. Everything is managed from one dashboard where I keep track of links, pages, customers, transactions, reports and team members. Email and SMS alerts can be set for each transaction. Multiple payment types are supported and transactions are secure and instant. Setting up and integrating with a website is fast and the customer support is pretty good with live chat available.
Cons
The 2% fee can feel high when running a small outfit. If I want instant settlement to my bank, this tool charges extra, whereas other services like Paytm sometimes offer that without additional cost.
