Payment issues!!

Pros

Experiencing repeated payment failures was frustrating and opening a support ticket didn't help since they closed it without connecting me to the tech team. Their support was disappointing.

Cons

Easy setup and integrations

Pros

This tool is easy to use and I think it probably offers more integrations than any other gateway I've tried. Setting it up didn't take much time either.

Cons

Customer support is pretty poor in my experience. Several search issues happen when the API is integrated.

Clean design saves time

Pros

Flexible fund transfers

Pros

I can transfer funds from any transaction and receive money in several ways which makes handling payments flexible and convenient.

Cons

One thing I find inconvenient is that I can't transfer money straight to other people's bank accounts or apps like Google Pay or PhonePe. I have to redeem funds through the platform instead.

reliable cloud-based support

Pros

Support has been excellent in my experience, they respond quickly and provide helpful answers. Because it's cloud-based, payments happen fast and reliably which is great for urgent situations. Switching to this tool has saved me a lot of time, allowing me to focus on helping clients.

Cons

I haven't really found any drawbacks for my use. It's a simple tool and does exactly what I need it to do.

Simple interface, organized dashboard

Pros

I find the interface simple to work with and the dashboard keeps everything organized so I can monitor payments without stress. Their security measures make me feel confident that transactions are safe.

Cons

This tool is mostly India-focused, so it's not great for international sales. My first application was even rejected. Fees can add up as transaction volumes increase and integration can be tricky depending on the platform, I needed a developer to get it working on WordPress. Some cards and countries aren't supported and AMEX is a recurring problem.

Great for e-commerce payments

Pros

Using this tool for e-commerce in India has been great since it accepts many payment options, even mobile wallets. It integrates into any online store or CRM and custom payment pages let me showcase services while accepting payments. Having a dedicated support manager for my account is also really helpful.

Cons

It has almost every feature I need as an online seller but like any payment provider, there's room for improvement. I'd like to see consistently higher payment success rates.

Quick approval, smooth operation

Pros

Getting my account approved was quick with minimal compliance needed. After submitting the documents, it was active in three days and it has been running smoothly without any issues ever since.

Cons

The only problem I've come across is with the invoicing system. The templates are very basic and don't look professional and there's no option to create or use a custom invoice format.

Great tool for payments!!

Pros

This tool is one of the top payment gateways I've used, handling credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking with over 50 banks and a bunch of mobile wallets. The dashboard makes things easy with automated receipts and customizable payment pages and I could integrate it with OpenCart, WordPress and Shopify. The processing fee is usually a bit lower than Instamojo and customer support is available 24/7.

Cons

Security has been a concern for me since SSL isn't consistently enforced. It also lacks user-focused options like gift cards and there's no basic or free tier available which makes it less flexible for small businesses.

fast and efficient refunds

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is the refund system, customers get their money back way faster than with other gateways and I enjoy keeping track of everything through the dashboard.

Cons

A few things this tool should fix like wallet payments need to be open to all customers, as I noticed there are limits for new users. Also, it can take over 15 days to resolve small issues and customer support is often quite slow.

Easy reimbursements and taxes

Pros

Submitting reimbursements and generating automatic tax statements for my team has been much easier thanks to this tool. It's flexible and offers plenty of options to tweak things for our workflow.

Cons

Great tool but the interface feels crowded to me, so jumping between modules like tax deductions, reimbursements, or payslips can be awkward. There are some small bugs but nothing that breaks the workflow entirely.

Supports subscriptions and QR codes

Pros

We set it up so our Indian customers could pay subscription fees effortlessly. It supports multiple payment methods and I also create QR codes, payment links, invoices and hosted payment pages without much hassle.

Cons

Ideal for small businesses!!

Pros

I find this tool great for small businesses since there's no monthly or yearly fee, it's basically pay-as-you-go. They charge about 2.6% per transaction and the support team is really friendly, usually answering questions within a day.

Cons

Accepting international payments has been tricky. I had to go through many formalities and the tool reportedly required around 50K INR in domestic payments as verification before allowing international transactions.

Versatile for all users

Pros

Anyone can sign up, small businesses, big companies, or even individuals offering services, classes, or selling products. After completing KYC, the funds go straight to the bank account. I like that the free tier takes just 2% per payment and I can quickly make and share payment links or hosted pages, select payment options and even create invoices. Everything is managed from one dashboard where I keep track of links, pages, customers, transactions, reports and team members. Email and SMS alerts can be set for each transaction. Multiple payment types are supported and transactions are secure and instant. Setting up and integrating with a website is fast and the customer support is pretty good with live chat available.

Cons

The 2% fee can feel high when running a small outfit. If I want instant settlement to my bank, this tool charges extra, whereas other services like Paytm sometimes offer that without additional cost.

Trusted and reliable solution

Pros

I've tried a lot of payment solutions, and this one is definitely a favorite. It's affordable, looks great and works perfectly for both our business and direct customer sales. The team behind it is really on the ball, and the community support is a huge bonus.

Cons

Across retail outlets, public stores and B2B channels, this tool works well with its POS features and flexible payouts but I've noticed minor settlement and payout glitches. I think the team should prioritize fixing these issues for wider adoption.

Excellent support but few limitations

Pros

Customer support has been excellent, any time I ran into an issue, they fixed it fast. Setting it up on websites and apps was easy and payment settlements are reliable.

Cons

There are two major problems I've faced: you can't change bank account details if the account isn't in your name, requiring a new account and international payments are overly complicated with too many compliance requirements.
