“Billing requests left unresolved
Pros
Okay, so� nothing positive to mention here as I've faced a lot of issues with this tool.
Cons
Over the past three months, this tool hasn't addressed my complaints. I filed eight requests to update my billing plan, called multiple times but nothing changed. No real customer support was offered.

On my first try, it worked perfectly and the payment processed without any problems.
Cons
The second time I tried using it today, it didn't work at all. I retried nine times but the drop-down menus stayed unresponsive and I couldn't submit the transaction.

“Simple payment link creation
Pros
I find it simple to reach from both seller and buyer sides and creating links and collecting payments is easy.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across any downsides. Everything's working well for me, awesome job!

Pros
Overall, I've had a great experience, the interface is simple and easy to use, taxes are clearly explained, failed transactions are easy to monitor and it's a reliable payment option.
Cons
One of the main issues I face is transaction delays. Payments can hang or get stuck mid-process which gets really frustrating.

From my perspective, it offers several advantages like simple integration, great security via PCI DSS Level 1 certification, a wide choice of payment methods (cards, digital wallets, UPI, etc.), international payment processing, one-click verification and payment, advanced reporting and responsive support.
Cons
Transaction fees, while somewhat competitive, still feel high for my small business and payout delays can take longer than with other competitors I've tried.

“Disappointing customer support

It's hard for me to find anything positive, as nearly every interaction and outcome has been negative.
Cons
My experience with their customer support was really disappointing. After reaching out several times about an urgent issue, agents acted like they hadn't seen my earlier messages and treated the problem as new. It didn't feel like my case was taken seriously or prioritized. They kept giving stock replies claiming escalation but never actually fixed anything. Honestly, their support ranks among the worst I've dealt with and I wouldn't recommend them.

Pros
Setting up this payment gateway was pretty easy for me, especially with Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Payouts hit the bank really fast, so I never have to wait long for money to show up.
Cons
This tool is mainly built for businesses operating in India. Expanding my online store internationally is tricky because it still doesn't support processing international payments.

One thing I really like is how clean the dashboard is, it makes keeping an eye on transactions and managing my account way simpler. The support team has also been super helpful whenever I ran into problems and I feel safe knowing security is great.

Processing and billing payments with this tool is fast and secure. I can send money to any bank account without issues which makes things much easier for me.
Cons
They charge more than other payment apps I've used and payment processing can get delayed. They take a commission on every transaction and customer support isn't always quick to respond.

“Multiple options with easy API
Pros
I appreciate that it supports so many payment options like UPI, cards and internet banking. Adding the API to our website was simple and approval didn't take long. Fees are fair too, just 2% per transaction.
Cons
For domestic payments, this tool works well but it isn't ideal for cross-border transactions. To enable international transfers, I had to get special approval and provide extra documentation and compliance checks.
