“Avoid Razorpay at All Costs!

Cons
If there were a rating below one star, I'd give it. Razorpay is, hands down, the worst payment gateway I've ever used—nothing works after registration. No payment process via the WordPress plugin. No payments in Indian Rupees. No payments in other currencies. No payments via quick payment links—absolutely nothing functions. You can't even update basic personal info, like your business picture, contact number, or WhatsApp details. Customer service? Non-existent—they ignore every request. Razorpay isn't just the worst payment gateway; it's the worst online service period. I deleted my account after this total disregard.

I've found this solution to be a game-changer. It integrates smoothly with our e-commerce and POS systems, which makes digital payments simple and the variety of payment methods works well for our diverse customer base.
Cons
The dashboard is powerful but I found it a bit overwhelming at first. Support response times also lag during peak periods which is frustrating when you need help the most.

Customer help has been poor and response times are very slow.
Cons
Support has been terrible. I've been waiting 48 hours for a response after sending multiple emails and completing the required forms but no one has reached out.

I feel the company is frustrating to deal with, with staff ignoring concerns for months.
Cons
The staff seem completely unskilled. I've seen customers left waiting for over four months despite multiple complaint tickets, causing financial losses and not a single issue has been resolved yet.

Pros
Honestly, I've found it a terrible solution, support was unhelpful and slow and I would recommend exploring free alternatives.
Cons
Support is awful. I ended up wasting time creating new tickets repeatedly, only to get people who couldn't actually help because support is outsourced.

I appreciate that it supports multiple payment types, including UPI, wallets, EMI plans and international cards and I like using the AutoPay feature for subscriptions.
Cons

“Untrustworthy company and service

I paid 4,899 rupees to VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd via Razorpay Gateway on 3-10-2024 for a refurbished Motorola Moto One but I never received the product or a refund. Their customer care initially responded within 2�3 days, always assuring me that the product would be delivered within 24 hours but it never happened and now the customer care team is not responding at all. I contacted the team since the payment was made through their gateway but they informed me that they cannot help me get a refund because the merchant account has insufficient funds. I strongly advise against making online payments through this tool, as they do not assist in cases of fraud and the merchant appears to be fraudulent. I have raised multiple support tickets but nothing has been resolved. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Court and I am seeking help to recover my hard-earned money.
Cons
I don't have anything to recommend. The company feels untrustworthy and seems not to care about customers at all.

They jump in first with a new customer but I notice they lag when it comes to providing actual service, I like the approach in theory.

I don't see anything good about them, the service has been awful.
Cons
Feeling misled about pricing was frustrating. They promised up to 75,000 free payments after the plan but kept charging us. When I contacted support, it took two weeks to reply and they said the offer didn't apply to business cards even though all our clients use personal cards. It really felt like they cheated this small business.

From my experience, their shady ethics completely overshadow any decent features it might offer.
Cons
Customer support has been almost non existent for me. No phone, no email, nothing to reach them. The Help & Support section traps me in loops, tickets get auto-closed without explanation and there's no escalation path. Writing to a nodal officer didn't achieve anything. Other startups I know have had the same frustrations. Subscribing was easy but canceling turned out to be nearly impossible.

“ignored payroll support issues

I find some features helpful during setup, so overall, it's okay for me.
Cons
When we used it for payroll, support completely ignored us. They advertise a 30-minute reply time but I didn't get any response. We scheduled a call but the rep didn't show and there was still no follow-up. Setup had to be delayed because they ignored us. Really bad service.
