“simple and neat interface

Pros

The interface is simple and neat. I didn't need any technical knowledge to get the payment system running and it supports almost all debit/credit cards worldwide, with only a few carrying extra fees.

Cons

Many foreign cards get declined and the checkout flow could be much simpler. Improving customer service would also help me a lot.

We often receive credits for commission-free transactions and otherwise, it has all the usual features you'd expect. The dashboard was easy to learn, I figured out invoices and payment pages in about 10�15 minutes.

Cons

Some international cards don't work and there are occasional issues with low transaction limits. Other than that, everything functions okay for me.

“Bugs and poor support

Setup was simple for me, thanks to ready-made plugins that worked out-of-the-box.

Cons

Bugs exist and support has been terrible. I reported an API issue and raised a ticket in February 2022. Support only replied that it would be resolved ASAP and after three months, it still hasn't been fixed.

Pros

Integrating with our e-commerce setup was super easy for me. Transactions go through successfully most of the time, it supports most payment methods and the backend analytics give a pretty good overview of everything.

Cons

It would be great if they added more banks to the netbanking options which would make things much easier for me.

Pros

The best part about this tool is how simple it was to integrate. Once it's set up, customers stay on my website to complete payments instead of being sent to the bank's page. I really enjoy using the JS checkout feature.

Cons

Only issue I have is that Webhooks keep getting disabled on my WooCommerce sites and even after reporting it, the support team still hasn't fixed the issue.

This payment gateway has been super easy for me to use. When I was a manager at CMC LTD, I recommended it there and I still rely on it today. It's also helped many others adopt it quickly.

Cons

I don't have any complaints, it's just a really great payment gateway that works reliably.

“Organized, fast and efficient tool

Pros

Everything feels neatly organized and setting it up took almost no time. I like that it works with many wallets, the interface is clean, transactions are trackable and it even accepts payments without needing a website. It's fast, efficient and definitely worth the price.

Cons

Sometimes payments take longer to process than I'd like. They could improve this but overall it's a very useful tool for small businesses, individuals, or other organizations.

We use this tool for online payments on our site and also set it up for clients websites. Buyers can pick from multiple payment options which I think is really convenient. The interface is clean and easy to follow and it integrates smoothly with any programming language.

Cons

From my perspective, there aren't any real drawbacks to mention.

Customer service is what I love most about this tool. I asked them to change our payout schedule and it was done immediately without any hassle. Integration with WordPress was easy and the overall experience has been very pleasant.

We haven't faced any issues with this tool, everything from refunds and payouts to support has been great.

There's no direct support system for me and I can't report a fraudulent transaction which feels risky.

What stands out to me is the wide range of handy features and the very low transaction charges.

Cons

They should offer an option to build a basic online shop, similar to what Instamojo provides which would make things easier for sellers like me.

Pros

I really like this tool. It supports payments through every online channel, including foreign currencies, generates clear reports, sends email alerts to customers and even issues payment reminders to help collect credit sales on time.

Cons

Although great tool for me but fees for UPI and Rupay card transactions feel higher compared to other gateways like Paytm, Paykun, or CCAvenue.

One thing I really dislike is that I can't send different webhooks for different products which limits flexibility.

Signing up can feel a bit difficult and as a smaller or unregistered firm, it sometimes seems like my business is viewed as a potential risk, which makes the whole process feel restrictive.
