I've found the system to be remarkably comprehensive, there hasn't been a single service I wanted to put into place that I couldn't and on top of that the customer support team has been consistently extremely helpful.
Cons
it becomes costly, particularly as the team expands and we add more users.

For me the platform is simple to navigate, backed by excellent customer support and whenever I need assistance I receive personalized guidance, I also appreciate that employees access solid benefits through the system and that they handle hiring directly without relying on external agencies.
Cons
I find the fee structure frustrating because annual charges are non-transferable to incoming employees which makes the service much less flexible than other EOR providers I have evaluated.

By using Remote, we have been able to expand our team across borders, recruiting exceptional talent without having to worry about the expenses and administrative burden of establishing a legal entity in each country, whenever I've had questions I have contacted their team on numerous occasions and consistently discovered that the assistance provided is comprehensive and highly informed, even addressing very niche queries.
Cons

I have experienced utter disorganization throughout the service since I never received a proper onboarding and only learned about essential procedures by persistently asking and it feels as if no one here truly possesses deep expertise, despite their ostensible 'expert' teams, I get the impression those groups frequently lack the knowledge they claim to have.

In my experience the platform offers highly customizable contracts and service options. This has made it much easier for me to hire both full-time employees and independent contractors in different countries, as it automatically adapts the agreements to meet local legal and cultural standards
Cons
In my dealings with Remote I have found that because they coordinate onboarding across several countries, the process can sometimes take longer than I had anticipated, particularly when legal intricacies or unforeseen regulatory hurdles crop up so onboarding has on occasion felt slower than expected, additionally, I have noticed a lack of customizable options for how contracts are signed and that support response times can be sluggish when the issue is time-sensitive.

Its simple, boasting a wealth of resources I can draw on, however, what truly sets it apart for me is the remarkably stable (low turnover) Account Management and Payroll teams, along with the rapid, efficient manner in which support tickets are processed.
Cons
Although I would very much prefer to manage every one of our entities and the Employer of Record responsibilities through Remote, we are currently constrained because we already employ Gusto for our United States operations which unfortunately prevents that consolidation at this time.

Our Client Success Account Manager consistently responds quickly and takes the initiative to deeply understand our business objectives which makes it much easier for our team to rely on him at critical moments often. He regularly collaborates with his product team to drive forward enhancements that have tangible benefits for our workflows and for the wider team.
Cons
The solution represents a substantial financial commitment and as our group grows I would really like to see more favorable pricing that better accommodates expansion and long-term budgeting. In my view, their current fee model feels somewhat odd when hiring in cohorts of around fifteen people since it would make more sense to provide a simple team pricing scheme with different quantity tiers rather than the approach they use now.

Cons
When I ran into the '#NAME?' error it left me frustrated because the notification provided no clear explanation or remediation steps and as a result I spent far too much time tracing the origin of the problem without any simple diagnostic guidance.
