“Best HRMS software for Startups
Pros
Once the initial company configuration was complete, I found this software to be incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has saved me a considerable amount of time compared to manual report preparation.
Cons
Each company has its own unique way of functioning with specific rules and underlying logic. As a dynamic software, not all of my company processes could fit in initially. However, I was able to adjust my process flow to align with the software seamlessly. I'm pleased that I could adapt my processes without any hassle.

The interface is very user-friendly, and the attendance system is excellent. It surpasses the thumbprint system in terms of efficiency.
Cons
The Runtime HRMS now supports remote attendance through the Runtime Workman mobile app.
