Pros
My absolute favorite is the integration center. It's so simple to use and connecting different data sources is very simple. I've built some pretty complex integrations in no time.
Cons
I am not a fan of some of the terms used, they feel very American. I wonder if that could be changed. I guess I probably should look more into the setup and customization options.

Pros
I get a simple overview of all my tasks and journeys. It's easy to operate, the interface is clear and it responds quickly. It looks great, not cluttered at all. Finding the info I need is fast.

Pros
What I really appreciate is how easy it is to keep running and how interactive it is to use. That makes my life in HR so much easier because the software is easy to understand and user-friendly. The initial setup went super smoothly and was honestly great which made switching over easy. This easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain setup means less daily effort and lets me work more efficiently.

“good tool for HR”
Pros
Employee Central, along with all the other modules, is a great tool for HR and makes the daily experience better for employees. Now I can handle a lot of HR tasks myself without needing to call anyone.
Cons
it's not really set up for Organizational Management the way I'd like. If you want to do temporary assignments with an end date and then move someone back to their old position, you can't do it without creating a whole new profile.

Pros
It lets you work with all the different modules related to a company's HR department. This centralized product connects really well with the SAP system.
Cons
Interface is not easy to use, it could really use some improvement. Moving between different options isn't that smooth either and in some places, you just can't make the enhancements you want.

It's very user-friendly and configurable. The workflows are flexible. It's easy to connect to S4 Hana. The view of positions and the org chart structure is really good. The SF integration center is useful.

“Clunky But Capable”
Pros
This platform has excellent end-to-end HR features and connects to other systems really well. It automates IT stuff throughout an employee's entire journey here which makes everything more efficient. I also like that I can access SAP easily on my phone.
Cons
user interface seems kinda dull and not that easy to use. Also, some SAP errors are tough to fix. And the customization options are not that great either.

It has a user-friendly interface and the benefits of being in the cloud. Its analytics and reporting are powerful and it supports ongoing performance check-ins. Plus, it handles global compliance and different country needs really well.
Cons
I've noticed some inconsistencies in the user experience even though the interface has gotten better, things still feel different between modules. Moving around the platform can feel disjointed which isn't great for new users. Also, while it connects well with SAP systems, hooking it up to non-SAP tools (like certain payroll or learning platforms) can be tricky and often needs extra middleware or custom APIs.

It's an HR platform that puts everything about managing employees,hiring, training, performance, planning for the future,all online. It gives you a personalized experience, smart analytics and you can access it from anywhere. What I value most as a user is having everything in one central place. I can look up all my own info as an employee and also see my team's details right there.
Cons
The loading speed and the UX/UI design really need work. Moving through different menus is not easy and a lot of the time I get stuck trying to move forward in the platform without having to ask technical support or the HR admins for help.

Pros
I like having my own portfolio that I can build, seeing potential jobs inside the company, checking my finances and having a "learning" section. The interface is super simple to use whether I'm on my computer or the mobile app. I also love how easy it is to add shortcuts to other things we use like the site for requesting time off, our rewards page and benefits. I mostly use it once a month but it's handy.
Cons
I don't see any downsides,it's basically a landing page where you can take off from. The shortcuts are super easy to access which is a big benefit.

I think SAP is seen as a top HR solution because it's a complete, cloud-based system for managing your workforce. Its smart analytics and ability to scale fit organizations of any size.

“So much easier than the rest”
Pros
The setup is very simple compared to other systems. I recently helped implement SAP Fieldglass and I'd say SuccessFactors is much more easy and easier to understand and use.
Cons
So far, nothing's missing for me. Most third-party apps offer direct connectors for SuccessFactors since it's so widely used and the export/import options make it really easy for us admins to move data around.

It's a great core HR platform that connects the whole employee journey from hiring to retirement in one smooth place. In my experience, it's generally easy to work with.
Cons
I feel like not enough resources are put into Recruitment Management and RMK. Employees and managers struggle to use position management and it's hard to figure out how to best use the technology.

Using it has made our HR processes more aligned with our goals and much more efficient. It's helped us bring all our core HR tasks into one place especially for our team spread across different locations, including both salaried and hourly workers.
Cons
The way each module is completely disconnected is a real Frankenstein situation. Now with the merger involving SmartRecruiters, I'm hesitant about what future implementations will look like.

Sadly, I don't have much positive to say. It feels like it's 20 years old. It has basic functions but the workflows are awful and there's very little helpful documentation.
Cons
It is clunky and it's hard to understand what to do or how to do it. Support is limited too. We have not even implemented it properly yet, so I'd advise really thinking it through before diving in.

It's a platform that lets you handle different HR processes like recruiting, performance, and learning,all with one tool. It helps centralize data and keeps track of what everyone's doing, for both employees and the HR team. It also makes generating reports easy and with the Employee Central module, my personal info is automatically updated and available across all the other parts.
Cons
The user experience is not very smooth or easy sometimes. Customization is limited compared to other HR solutions, modules are rigid and usually need a technician's help. Some features are tough to set up without outside consultants which drives up costs. Plus everyone needs dedicated training and time to adjust.

I appreciate that it is a comprehensive, centralized HR platform. I can easily access employee data and performance info which helps keep all our HR processes consistent. The system is well-organized, so information is easy to find and track.
Cons
While the system is powerful but it's not very flexible. Even small changes or fixes take several steps or help from technical teams. I wish navigation and customization were more easy.

Pros
It brings all HR processes together in one place. It makes it easy to find employee information, track learning and development and align admin tasks. I also really like the self-service features, they save time and give both employees and managers more control.
Cons
What I dislike is that the interface is not easy at all and it often takes too many clicks to find what I need. Some processes are overly complex and using it is not always easy, frustrating when you're in a rush. Also, switching languages still doesn't work smoothly at times.
