“A bit hard to learn at first”
Pros
I love how this brings all my HR stuff together in one spot. I can find all my employee info from a single place which makes everything way easier. It's super organized and really transparent. Plus, the interface looks clean and professional, so it's actually nice to use.
Cons
I am a new user and its bit complicated. There are so many features and options that it takes some time to learn everything. It would help if there was a tutorial guide or some clear instructions.

“Helpful for the entire employee lifecycle in one place”
Pros
Its helpful for everything in HR. I can follow an employee's whole journey from hiring to leaving, all on one platform. Having all my personal details in one place makes things simple and way less complicated. I can easily put in requests like for time off and I really like the learning section where I can do all my required courses. Having everything in one tool saves me so much time and effort, no more jumping between different systems. It's a win for both me and the HR team.
Cons
I think the ui could be better. Its sluggish compared to some other similar tools I've used which slows me down.

“great app for working from home”
Pros
This is the best app for working from home. The login/logout is easy, I can apply for leave, access my payslips and it works great on my phone. It also makes it simple to keep track of my team's time off.
Cons
It takes time to get used to but other than that, it's a very good application. I highly recommend it. Just a few things could be made easier to understand quickly. The training part is also a bit tricky.

I like how easy it is to find info about people here. I can quickly see someone's status, their personal details, their position and even what team they're on, all in one place.
Cons
It can sometimes be very slow. The information doesn't always update right away when users change positions or teams as the company grows.

“well-connected hub but frustratingly slow at times”
Pros
I am a big fan of how user-friendly this is. It keeps all my employee tasks organized and easy to find. The steps for things like requesting leave, getting approvals and doing reviews are clear, so I always know what's going on. The notifications and reminders are great for keeping me on track. Plus, it connects very well with our payroll and finance systems, so my info is always consistent. The fact that it works with my email and calendar is just the cherry on top.
Cons
Some pages and reports are slow to load especially when I'm trying to look at detailed performance data. Features like goal tracking and feedback forms can be confusing when you use them for the first time. Also, it's sometimes a hassle to view or download my salary slip. The initial setup was challenging because we had to move a lot of data from spreadsheets and adjust our processes to fit the system.

Pros
This is a really solid tech suite that makes things easier for everyone, corporate teams, HR, payroll, students. It helps keep employees engaged and I especially like the learning (LMS) part for building new skills. Its also great for managing content and just makes aligning processes easy.
Cons
There are a few things I don't like, such as the cost and how slow the system can be browsing and loading pages takes a long time. It needs to be more user-friendly because it requires too many clicks for simple tasks. The cost and how flexible it is should really be considered if you're looking into it.

Having all our employee and pay data in one central, reliable place is a game-changer. It connects perfectly with our finance and payroll which makes reporting on stuff like headcount and budgets way easier, no more manual cross-checking. It's become my single source of truth, so I don't have to hunt through multiple systems anymore. The reporting is strong and the integrations work really well.
Cons
The system could be easier to use especially for people who don't work in HR. Many screens and steps are more complicated than necessary, so even simple jobs end up taking too long. The layout can also look cluttered, making it hard for colleagues in accounting or finance to find things quickly. Another issue is the reporting, its not very flexible and to get a custom report you often need extra setup or have to export data to Excel. Overall, simplifying the menus and offering more adaptable reports would make the system much faster and easier for everyone to use.

This is a powerful, all-in-one HR system. The best part is how all the different parts (like recruiting, onboarding, learning and reviews) connect to one central employee profile, so data is always consistent. You can configure it a lot, it works globally and it handles complex compliance and workflow needs really well. The reporting is powerful when it's set up right and they're always rolling out new updates and improvements.
Cons
It is hard to learn. Some areas of the interface are still outdated and less interactive compared to newer HR tools. Customizing things often needs technical skills or special integrations which adds more work to set up and maintain. Reporting is complicated for regular business users and it can be slow sometimes with large amounts of data. The licensing and overall cost can also be pretty high for smaller companies.

“Leave tracking is the best part”
Pros
I can see my whole leave dashboard in one glance. Tracking where I am in the review process for appraisals is also easy. Managing leave is the best part, I can plan my sick, casual and other leave ahead of time and get approval without any issue. Setting it up was pretty easy even if tailoring it to our company took a little while.
Cons
I sometimes have problems with the system not integrating well, like when my biometric attendance times don't register properly and I have to fix them manually. I'd also love a seamless connection with Microsoft Office tools so I could download and manage data more easily.

“Happy it does exactly what I need”
Pros
I am happy with this platform, it does exactly what I need. As a manager, it helps me a ton with tracking my team's leave and attendance on time. No more messy Excel sheets! The features are spot-on, making it convenient for my team to apply for leave in advance and for me to approve it and track the status. We can also check each other's profiles right here. Setting it up was a cakewalk, just a few days and it cleared up so much confusion we had before. Now I can easily track the holiday calendar and my own leave balance.

It's an all-in-one platform for everything: central employee data, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, learning, time tracking, payroll and benefits. It seriously cuts down on manual work for HR and managers and it makes the whole employee experience a lot better.
Cons
It's least helpful when you need something simple, fast or heavily customized without paying extra. There are too many clicks for simple tasks. It's also not ideal for small companies with limited HR budgets.

It covers pretty much everything for HR and all the parts work together smoothly. It's pretty easy to use once it's set up and getting it going was well-organized with good guides and support. We use it all the time for HR basics, performance reviews and tracking employees and it has a ton of useful features. It connects really well with our other SAP systems and outside tools and the support team is solid. It feels like a strong, complete platform built for a big company.
Cons
I don't love that its complex and not very user friendly especially if you're new to it. Setting things up or making changes usually needs some special know-how which can slow things down. Some tasks take way too many steps and making reports feels kinda rigid. Also, getting it started and keeping it running can take a lot of time especially for smaller teams.

“Catches payroll mistakes fast”
Pros
I love how it spots payroll errors right as they happen and assigns them out. It helps us get ahead of problems instead of just reacting. It's also really flexible, can grow with us and saves us a ton of time fixing issues.
Cons
Some features take me forever to figure out because of how the app is set up. That ends up eating more time and can cost more too. I really wish customer support was quicker to respond.

My favorite parts are the org charts, setting goals and doing reviews. It's easy to use, I've been on it for over 3 years now. I use it to set my mid-year and yearly goals with the company.
Cons
Submitting my yearly review is simple and easy, no complaints from me! It's laid out well, all my coworkers use it and it helps me stay on track throughout the year.

You have all your info right there and easy to get to. You put in all your personal and work details and having the whole company structure available is super handy when you need to look someone up.
Cons
only thing I don't like is that some info can't be changed until HR says it's okay. But other than that, everything's fine. Honestly, there's nothing else I really dislike.

It covers all areas of HR very well. I've noticed it's especially strong with compliance steps in the Onboarding part. It's also very flexible when you need to connect it to other systems.
Cons
Honestly, the old Onboarding 1.0 was better, it felt way more flexible and customizable. I also wish there were custom triggers for Intelligent Services Center. Oh and sometimes the API responses take forever to come back.

Pros
The layout is really clear, so it's easy to use. Editing things is simple and putting in data feels natural. The whole process is easy to follow, so you just get how it works. Anything you put in or update saves without a problem and is there whenever you need it. I have to use it all the time.
Cons
Launching the program is a little weird to me and I think it could be more user-friendly. There are bugs and sometimes it's slow to load or just won't open which is really annoying since it deals with so much important data.
