An integrated powerhouse for hr pros

Pros

it integrates all the core HR processes into one platform, so I can manage recruiting, performance, learning, and employee data easily. The system is interactive, customizable and gives great insights through reports and analytics. It saves me a ton of time on admin work and makes everything more efficient, improving the overall employee experience.

Cons

It is powerful but can be overwhelming for new users because there are so many features. The interface could more modern and work better on mobile and some customizations need technical know-how or support. Still, these are minor compared to the overall value.

Pros

I love all the features it has especially for recruiting. I really like that I can manage the entire selection process from there and it's quite fast.

Cons

Sometimes it slows down or freezes for a few minutes but then it recovers and I can get back to work smoothly.

Hard to use and slow support

Pros

What I like best is the huge number of features and how easily all the different HR modules work together. It really does cover everything in one spot. Since it's our central platform, my HR team uses it daily and having everything from recruiting to performance goals, connected smoothly is essential. It gives us a powerful, unified view of our team that we rely on to make big decisions. It connects all the dots for us.

Cons

main challenges are poor ease of use and a tough implementation. The interface is not simple for regular employees, so simple tasks become frustrating and require lots of training. Implementation was long, expensive and needed a lot of external help. Customer support is also slow and it's hard to get quick solutions when you really need them.

poor design needs too much training

Pros

The way the modules are integrated gives us an accurate view of our workforce and helps us make better decisions. It cuts out and automates tasks, saving time and the system can easily grow as our company does.

Cons

very poor UI as I'd like and you need training to use everything well. Some customizations are complex and usually require technical help, which can delay rollout. Loading times in some modules could also be better for a smoother experience.

Slow and way too many clicks

Pros

It really does cover a wide range of HR needs in one system. From recruiting and onboarding to performance management and learning modules, I like how convenient it is to have everything centralized. The reporting is strong and the compliance features are solid especially for bigger companies with more complex needs. Once you get used to it, the workflows are consistent and predictable.

Cons

interface is outdated and not smooth. Things that should take two clicks end up taking five or more and navigation is not easy. The system can be slow, especially with bigger reports and integrations sometimes take more effort than expected. The user experience seems behind competitors, making it harder for employees who just want to get things done quickly.

has an outdated ui, complex setup and limited customization

Pros

It's very good for global HR processes especially for multinational companies that need consistent HR standards across different regions. The core HR and talent management parts like recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and learning are strong. It also integrates really well with SAP ERP, so it works best for companies already using SAP for finance, supply chain or payroll.

Cons

user experience (UX) and interface is oudated next to competitors like Workday. Implementation and customization are complex, setup usually needs outside consultants and customization options are more limited compared to on-premise SAP HCM.

Excellent HR Management Solution

Pros

Working with this during my internship at Hitachi India really opened my eyes to how interactive and user-friendly dealership software can be. The interface feels simple and I'm impressed by how smoothly it handles attendance tracking and leave management. Everything's laid out in a way that makes finding what you need pretty simple.

Cons

The interface could be more simple sometimes I find myself getting confused navigating between different sections and there are occasional glitches that slow down my workflow.

Pros

The real-time updates between SuccessFactors and SAP HR are fantastic makes payroll processing much smoother and more efficient.

Cons
