comprehensive staff management

Pros

I find the interface really simple and getting started was simple. The analytics and reporting features give me great insights into our data. Managing employees is easy with the tools they provide. Their support team has been responsive whenever I've needed help.

Cons

Can get a bit confusing when they make updates to certain features.

easy and supportive tool

Pros

The management interface is really user-friendly and keeps all my current information organized well. I can quickly get work done whether I'm on my laptop or using my phone which is super convenient.

Cons

The processing speed is pretty disappointing and pages take forever to load.

Complete HR management solution

Pros

All the processes and workflows are really simple and easy to follow. I appreciate how simple everything feels when navigating through different tasks. The interface looks clean and polished which makes the whole experience much more pleasant to work with.

Cons

Pricing is pretty steep and even minor updates require bringing in expensive vendors to handle the implementation. The customization options are also quite limited which can be frustrating when you need specific functionality.

great integrations and free plan

Pros

The interface is really simple and makes tracking applicants easy. I love how it integrates smoothly with Gmail and my calendar, saves me tons of time. The free plan is perfect for getting started and the interview scheduling feature keeps everything organized. Feedback reminders are a nice touch that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Cons

Manual processes in SuccessFactors could really be organized, there's way too much hands-on work required that should be automated.

I like having all the essential HR features in one place and being able to set up the entire appraisal cycle process directly within the portal is fantastic.

excellent HR solution

Pros

It's great having everything I need for HR management in one place. Being able to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee retention and time tracking all within the same system really organizes my workflow.

Cons

While the system is comprehensive, navigation can sometimes be challenging. Some areas that could be enhanced include expanding the customization options to better meet specific needs, improving the reporting features and updating the interface for better speed and usability. Addressing occasional system stability would also greatly improve the workflow.

Solid platform but has aged

Pros

Enjoyed working with this system at my previous job, particularly the intelligent asset manager and C4C modules. The FSM component was also great to use.

Cons

SAP in general makes it really tough to switch to other software. Even basic data migration from SAP to something like GCP or AWS becomes a major headache whether you're using SEGW or other methods I can't remember the name of right now.

Pros

I really appreciate how this helps me stay aligned with my objectives and track progress effectively. The performance maintenance features keep everything running smoothly over time. Cons

Setting it up takes quite a while to figure out and there's definitely a steep learning curve when you're getting started. The price point is pretty high compared to other options I've looked at.
