Initially it was challenging to use requiring time to learn with my team. However after the learning curve I have no complaints.

Time tracking feels smooth and I can easily monitor how much time gets spent on different tasks. Managing users is also really simple and efficient.

It definitely has its share of bugs that can be frustrating. A while back, I ran into this issue where it began storing everything in cache files and before I knew it, they had ballooned to 24GB on my computer, pretty ridiculous for a single user setup. The Windows app for activity tracking is also unreliable and often fails to update user tracking properly.

Reporting capabilities looked really promising and seemed like they'll meet my needs well.

The screenshots weren't reliable and there were constant bugs throughout my experience. Customer service was really slow to respond when I needed help. After removing a user, I thought I had cancelled everything but found out 8 months later I was still being charged monthly. When I contacted support about the billing issue, they would only refund one month since I couldn't provide a cancellation email which I never received in the first place. Even after cancelling again, I still haven't gotten any confirmation email.

The time tracking captures active windows every minute while I'm working which is really helpful. I can pause and resume the tracking manually whenever needed. The dashboards are meaningful and let me view historical data with just one click. Reporting my productive hours to management daily is simple. I can review the screenshots that get taken automatically and updating break time is simple when necessary.

Cons

It's tough to remember pausing the timer when taking breaks in such a fast-paced work environment. I often forget to turn it on and off during breaks which messes up my tracking. It would be great if there was an automatic break detection feature that could handle this for me.

The feedback system is spot-on and shows accurate idle time tracking. I find it really convenient to use and appreciate getting daily email updates. Being able to access it anytime is great plus their customer support team is excellent. It's been a pleasure working with them so far.

It is great how this runs quietly in the background without constantly bombarding me with notifications like other time tracking tools do. The warning feature when I forget to start my session has saved me countless times from losing track of billable hours.
