screenshots are very useful especially when I need to monitor specific situations with team members. I also really appreciate being able to start timing directly from the task.

The permission system is confusing and hard to figure out. Having to pay for the first user right away plus being forced into 5-person packages when you might not need that many seATs really bothers me.

The tracking can be too strong because it watches everything I do. This makes me and the other staff feel pressured to only work.

setting it up can be tricky sometimes and my team struggled with downloading the app so maybe a clearer installation process would help everyone out

The performance tracking features are awesome. I can monitor my team from anywhere and get details on all activities. The dashboard is user-friendly. What really sets this apart is the customer support which blows the competition out of the water.

The installation process on Windows can be pretty frustrating. I ended up having to install and uninstall multiple times before it worked properly. Thankfully, their support team was very helpful when I reached out and got everything sorted quickly. Really cant complain about there customer service!

Tracking and monitoring features work really well for our remote team. We had a smooth experience with the classic version and everything ran without any problems. It's been reliable for keeping tabs on team productivity.

The pop-up timer keeps appearing when it thinks I'm not active, which can be annoying when I'm actually watching videos or doing other legitimate work that doesn't involve much clicking or typing.

Very friendly interface, just load your tasks and hit PLAY to get started. I really appreciate all the functionality it offers like webcam captures, screenshots time tracking and those helpful pop-ups that check if your still working during inactive periods. Having both desktop and mobile versions is convenient. What I find particularly valuable is the ability to blur screenshots for privacy protection which prevents any sensitive information from being exposed.

Doesn't boost productivity at all. The idle detection popup appears even when I'm watching videos, attending webinars, or giving presentations where I'm mostly speaking. It's incredibly unprofessional and if you dont click "Yes (I am working)" your time gets flagged orange as "Manually added time."

I like the screenshot function since our entire team works remotely. Keeping everyone accountable when they're scattered across different locations used to be a real challenge but this feature makes it so much easier to maintain productivity levels throughout the day.

Cons

More filters would definitely be helpful and I wish adding or removing users was simpler. It would also be great if the payroll feature could sync with our accounting software, that integration would save us a lot of time.
