“Quietly effective for tracking hours

It runs quietly in the background without constantly bombarding me with notifications like other time tracking tools do. The warning feature when I forget to start my session has saved me countless times from losing track of billable hours.

Cons

The little status bar indicating whether sessions are active can be completely turned off, which is helpful since you don't have to keep moving it around your screen while working.

Pros

I like how simple this tool is for monitoring time and team activities. The interface is clean and intuitive making it simple to integrate into my daily workflow. What stands out most is the screenshot feature. It gives me visibility into what my team members are working on without being overly invasive. The reporting functionality is excellent too, providing clear insights that help me identify areas where we can boost productivity and implement better strategies.

Cons

It runs a bit slow on some of our team's computers which defeATs the whole purpose of boosting productivity and monitoring effectively.

Having screenshots available to monitor our team is effective and ensures everyone stays productive. This feature comes at no additional cost which is a huge advantage over other solutions we've looked at.

Gets expensive when you're dealing with larger teams. Anything over 10 employees and the pricing really starts to add up. We looked around for more budget-friendly alternatives but couldn't find anything that offered the same features at a lower price point.

The screen recording functionality is nice. It lets me drill down from group overviews all the way to individual employee details. Plus deployment is simple, our IT team just clicks a saved link and the download happens automatically in the background.

at times the system gets a bit slow when generating reports and I'll need to refresh the page to get things working again but it doesn't happen often enough to be a real problem.

The permission system is confusing and hard to figure out. Having to pay for the first user right away plus being forced into 5-person packages when you might not need that many seATs really bothers me.

Pros

The performance tracking features are awesome. I can monitor my team from anywhere and get details on all activities. The dashboard is user-friendly. What really sets this apart is the customer support which blows the competition out of the water.

Cons

The installation process on Windows can be pretty frustrating. I ended up having to install and uninstall multiple times before it worked properly. Thankfully, their support team was very helpful when I reached out and got everything sorted quickly. Really cant complain about there customer service!
