The software is quite straightforward to use, and the implementation process was simple. The reporting is detailed yet uncomplicated, making it easy to extract the specific information needed without excessive filtering. Moreover, the customer service is exceptional. I had the opportunity to speak with a local representative who ensured my comfort with the solution before ending the call.
Cons
As a manager, I personally find TimeClick easy to use. However, my employees encounter issues when submitting time corrections. Additionally, it would be great if remote employees could use the system, but unfortunately, it's tied to the internal IP address, limiting its remote accessibility.
