I haven't encountered any issues with this software. I find it very user-friendly and helpful. However, we do need to contact admin to make any time changes.

We use Timeco for our employees to clock in and out and also for some clients to access their timesheets. It is quite user-friendly and helps us keep track of employee PTO.

Some tabs are a bit confusing. I wish the interface were more specific without requiring so many clicks to find what I need.

What I like most about this product are the Dashboard features, which make scheduling and correcting/additions to punches a simple task. I also love that my employees can view their schedules and request time off directly from their phones. We no longer deal with misplaced paper request forms.

Cons

I wish the supervisor role had more access to view employee profiles, similar to what the System Admin can see such as birth dates, user logins, pay rates and addresses. While we can access this information through employee reports, having the option to view it on an as-needed basis would be beneficial for our company.

I value all the functionalities and the fact that it is an integrated system.

I have noticed that TimeCo and HROi don't always sync as well as I'd like. Often, TimeCo defaults to the 'Front Desk' department code for employees assigned different codes, which leads to frustration between management and HR. I can correctly code employees in HROi, but TimeCo does not always reflect these changes. I also wish I could add more information to reports to customize them to my needs.

Pros

Timeco simplifies managing my staffs time. I am particularly impressed with the finger scan clock-in and out feature, which gives me confidence that the timesheets are accurate.

Cons

Employees working different pay shifts sometimes struggle to select the correct job title and I end up having to go back into the system later to update the non-primary shifts before I submit payroll.

It excellently calculates and separates time for different departments which is great.
