Great reports but runs slow

Pros

It really helps me keep track of which resources are tied up and which are free. It has been excellent for managing billing and invoices and it also supports planning ahead. The reporting and analytics tools are very helpful and include some distinctive capabilities that genuinely improve how we operate.

Cons

It feels quite slow for me, particularly under heavy workloads and it simply doesn't perform the way it should. I've noticed the application's performance needs substantial improvement and I'm convinced they also must expand their support team because it's currently insufficient and leaves a lot to be desired.

Basic template with limited customization options

Pros

I can easily check my work schedule and log my hours when I start and finish each shift.

Cons

The template is pretty basic and I wish there was more flexibility to customize the appearance. Would be nice to have some theme options or ways to make it look more polished.

Complex tool for users

Pros

setting up projects and clients from the admin side is pretty easy which I appreciate. However the user experience isn't great. There are inconsistent time recording issues that seem to depend on how people enter and track their hours.

Cons

The whole thing feels pretty clunky and thrown together. It's like they started with basic time tracking and just kept adding features without any real planning. Doesn't seem like much thought went into making it user-friendly or well-designed.

There is room for improvement

Pros

It is a nice tool for handling what I need to accomplish at work.

Cons

Main thing that bugs me is it's not completely perfect. There are definitely areas where it could be improved. It gets the job done though so I can't complain too much.

Pros

Love how simple and no-nonsense this platform is. Sure, it won't win any beauty contests but it delivers exactly what you need without unnecessary complications.

Cons

efficient and User-Friendly

Pros

Needs a modern outlook

Pros

The mobile app makes everything so much simpler! We used to rely on an old fingerprint system that needed a separate attendance tracker just to figure out payroll. This new approach is way more convenient.

Cons

The interface could use some work. Right now it feels more like you're staring at a massive database than using modern software.

simple to clock in and out

Pros

I really appreciate how simple it is to clock in and out right from my phone. Makes tracking work hours so much more convenient.

Cons

sometimes I notice the system can be a bit sluggish or buggy. The GPs tracking isn't always spot-on either which has caused some issues for me before.

Wonderful features available

Pros

The interface is surprisingly simple to navigate but there's incredible depth in the features available. It really strikes the perfect balance for business needs.

Cons

At times it feels a bit slow and when I add new items, they dont always show up right away on other people's dashboards.

Love it but auto-logout is annoying

Pros

My favorite part is the timesheet tool, it figures out my clock-ins and clock-outs automatically and even tallies overtime I accumulate. It's incredibly simple to use and gets right to the essentials without any clutter. Being able to punch in and out on my phone is super handy when I'm on the move. Overall, I appreciate how smooth it is and how quickly it shows my weekly hours, and I think this works well for almost any kind of business.

Cons

What frustrates me is the auto-logout , it boots me out after short periods of inactivity and I really wish it would let me stay signed in for longer so I don't have to keep logging back in.

Bugs create a lot of issues

Not difficult to get the hang of

Pros

Really appreciate how it accurately tracks all my time and is not hard to get the hang of.

Cons

The notes section has a word limit that can be really frustrating. I often have to trim down details I'd rather keep especially when it comes to clock in/out times and other important info.

enjoyable experience so far

Pros

I like how simple and efficient this tool is. Entering and submitting my work hours was actually enjoyable.

Cons

I find it pretty annoying when distractions pop up during my work sessions. Plus it keeps logging me out randomly which gets frustrating.

Flexible system

Pros

Really flexible and simple to navigate. Logging in and out is simple and I find it super helpful for submitting overtime requests and tracking short breaks.

Cons

The system lacks smart suggestions based on historical data that could help automate entries, would save me tons of time if it could predict what I'm about to type
