Finding everything I need in one spot has been a game-changer compared to juggling multiple systems. The mobile app is really handy too!
Cons
Role management feels pretty limited, you're basically stuck with all-or-nothing access instead of being able to customize permissions properly.

I'm impressed with the pricing, it really beats the competition. Punching in and out couldn't be simpler and if you forget to clock in or out, fixing it doesn't involve jumping through hoops.
Cons
Bugs might pop up in the software but customer service gets back to you super fast.

Tasks like approving PTO, tracking time, logging mileage and submitting expense reports are so much simpler now that everything's rolled into one easy-to-use system.
Cons
I honestly can't come up with any complaints, there are no usability hiccups, no mistakes when entering data, nothing to point out. Overall it's been wonderful!

Cons
sometimes I forget to clock in and out since it's all on me to remember when using my phone. Would be nice to have a reminder feature you could set for regular work hours to help with that.

Perfect for tracking employee hours as it is convenient to use and works great on mobile too. Love that I can upload receipts while traveling which makes expense management so much easier.

I appreciate how it tracks my timesheets with hardly any errors when using the desktop version. The interface looks really clean.
Cons
At times the site runs a bit slow which can be frustrating when you're trying to get work done quickly. The mobile app is pretty buggy too. I've run into quite a few glitches that interrupt my workflow.

it's really easy for me to review and manage other people's entries. The reporting tools make payroll calculations simple and they're uncomplicated but effective and they save me a noticeable amount of time. When I've needed assistance, customer support has been empathetic and responded quickly. Also, keeping an eye on and approving timesheets is genuinely so simple.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any significant issues , everything has been running smoothly for me up to this point.

having a clear overview of every hour I work and exactly how long each project takes has been incredibly helpful. I can hop between my phone and desktop without missing a beat, log in quickly and move between projects in seconds. It's become a core part of how I manage my day-to-day tasks and I rely on it constantly.
Cons
there isn't much that bothers me since the app runs smoothly for the most part. My single frustration has been trying to print schedules with all of my notes attached , whenever I attempt to include everything, the print output doesn't behave correctly and that specific feature seems to fail for me.

“Great mobile access but bad edit control
Pros
Having mobile access makes things so much easier for me! Keeping all of my documents in a single place is wonderful , everything from new hire forms to W2 records. Being able to track my hours and watch my earnings is really convenient. Also, it's handy that I can quickly pull up my staff's schedules to see when they'll be in or out of the office.
Cons
I've experienced situations where team members edit their time entries long after they were recorded. It would be great to have a way to stop that, perhaps by adding a supervisor approval workflow or a similar control that makes edits harder to apply without managerial oversight.
