The approval process for changing hours is pretty rigid. Even if you clock out a few minutes early or late, you still need manager approval. There's no way to manually adjust things on your own which can be frustrating.

The most helpful thing is how simple it is once you get the hang of working with timesheets.

I wish there were better tutorials for the timesheet features. If you're not already familiar with how they work, you're pretty much on your own figuring it out.

Using the application to log my time is incredibly simple , I can jump in and clock in or out within seconds, assign job codes to each shift and add short notes for my supervisor whenever it's needed. One of the things I value most is how deeply customizable everything feels, I have the ability to manually insert breaks, modify pay rates and manage expense claims from the same centralized place. The document handling is excellent since I can upload receipts and supporting files in multiple formats and exporting detailed reports is painless. Also, GPS tracking has been a real help for validating the accuracy of my time entries and any mileage I report.

Cons

the system is quite restrictive , I can't correct even minor mistakes on my time entries myself. Every change has to be routed through a supervisor, who has the power to reject or erase my records and that constant dependence creates delays and makes fixing routine issues unnecessarily slow and frustrating.

What I really like is how much I can customize it for tracking different work hours and pay rates, whether my payroll is fixed or varies, being able to set breaks inside standard shifts is also super useful. Automatic time tracking is a lifesaver and I tap to clock in and it runs until I clock out, so I don't have to do the math manually. Another favorite is attaching supporting docs like receipts to expense claims which keeps things tidy and simplifies record-keeping. The sync between mobile and web works smoothly, so I'm able to jump onto either the app or a browser and pick up where I left off. All in all, it's interactive and easy to get the hang of, I didn't need much time to figure out the features and workflows.

Cons

The editing options feel fairly restricted because most changes require a supervisor's sign-off. If I want to remove a manually entered timesheet, I can't do it on my own , I have to wait for my supervisor to examine it and either reject it or remove it, so I'm forced to be very precise when I enter data the first time.

I am really impressed by how simple it is to record employee hours and manage them online. My whole company picked it up without any trouble and everyone finds the interface very user-friendly. The GPS tracking is a standout , it makes confirming when our field staff clock in and out so much easier. Setting it up on smartphones was painless and the crew had no trouble getting started. I also find the downloadable reports extremely handy for printing timesheets, and the support team has been consistently helpful throughout our use.

Cons

One drawback for me is that the system depends entirely on users being honest, which becomes an issue because staff can edit their own time entries. I would also like the option to give supervisors permission to view certain employees who aren't directly under them, or to let them pull all hours recorded for specific projects.

supervisors have to enter an additional password just to view their team's timesheets. It is really inconvenient and slows down the workflow.
