“excellent mobile schedule but desktop is worse

Pros

Scheduling has become a lot less of a headache and far more reachable for me now. I am a big fan that there's a mobile app where I can view and handle all my shifts directly on my phone. Asking for time off or grabbing extra shifts is simple and being able to message my coworkers from the same place is extremely handy.

Cons

The desktop site doesn't really appeal to me , personally I prefer the app because I find it far simpler to get around and operate.

“Simple but no location check

Pros

Logging clock-ins has become incredibly simple with this platform. I can rapidly identify and flag any errors I make, and it's never supplied me with wrong information. Also, the payroll integration includes ready-made forms that free up a huge amount of time.

Cons

I dislike that it doesn't record the actual location of a clock-in or clock-out, so employees are able to punch in from anywhere. That means we're essentially trusting them to be truthful about where they were when they logged their time, which makes me uneasy.

the interface is really easy to use , I can find my way around the site quickly and everything feels logically organized and well-structured.

Cons

I struggled to find what I was searching for because the interface actually made navigation pretty confusing and harder than I expected.

I really like that the dashboard puts my PTO requests, accrued vacation and total hours worked together in one clear view, so I don't have to hunt around.

Cons

Sometimes I get annoyed because it's not easy to pull up hours from previous pay periods, and there isn't even a simple lunch break toggle which feels like a pretty basic omission.

Its amazing tool and I can find what I need quickly. It's incredibly easy to use even new team members learn it fast. I really like how it manages corrections smoothly when mistakes happen. The notification system keeps me informed about everything important without ever feeling overwhelming.

The app could benefit from more sophisticated tools to stand up against competitors. Its live, real-time capabilities are quite limited, and that becomes annoying when I need immediate updates. Account integration is awkward and doesn't sync cleanly with our current systems.
