“Did not fit my budget

I wasn't sure about it at first but it turned out to be really nice. The layout works well for me.

Cons

The only thing that stopped me was the cost. It ended up being more than I could afford to spend. I always test out free trials first to see if a program will work for my business and fits within my budget.

Pros

interface is very interactive and there's an enormous amount of content at my fingertips. The app manages almost anything I give it, without failing. It fulfills all my company's requirements and even exceeds what we had anticipated.

For new users, the manual timeclock entry feels a bit confusing to use which can be frustrating at first , aside from that it's honestly the only problem I've run into.

I really value its adaptable reporting tools that make it simple to dig into employee data, control overtime and maintain precise payroll and client billing.

Frequent updates and regular feature rollouts can feel overwhelming , just when my team and I get used to a workflow, things shift again and disrupt our routine. Although I do appreciate that the developers are continually enhancing the platform, the pace makes it difficult to stay current, properly train staff and maintain smooth operations across the team.

Right when I load the page, the clock in and out buttons are front and center which makes punching in and out incredibly fast and simple. It actually helped me and three colleagues demonstrate that our employer wasn't compensating us properly and wasn't awarding double overtime after ten hours, as they should have.

I've noticed that it has compatibility problems on laptops and it crashes or glitches a lot on my machine while it works fine on my phone and tablet.

What grabs my attention is how simple it is , employees and supervisors alike can quickly log and monitor hours, jot down notes, manage vacation balances and handle other essentials. I am especially impressed by the available reporting tools. Our Executive Director cuts down a huge amount of time when checking worked hours and tracking benefits earned and used every bi-monthly payroll cycle. Support is top-notch too, the staff are personable, willing to suggest workarounds, push updates and consider ideas for future enhancements.

I honestly struggle to point out anything negative , it's just so clear and easy to use.

I don't have many complaints about the app overall. The one thing I would change is giving the timesheet screen a bit of a visual makeover so it looks cleaner and more polished, but to be frank that's a minor con.
