Pros
Timesheets is simple to use, easy to manage and perfect for employees to clock in and out.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems that I couldn't figure out. Like with any new software, it was different at first but I was able to adjust to the changes quickly.

“user-friendly for long-term team tracking
Pros
I would say it is very userfriendly and our department has been using it for several years. Multiple people on our team use it and there's barely any need for training. It helps us track things like PTO and other job-related info.
Cons
It would be nice if the system had more automation especially when it comes to reusing timesheets from previous weeks. It could also benefit from integrating with more popular software and calendars, based on what users ask for.

“Handles everything I throw at it
Pros
The tool sas handled every challenge I've thrown at it whether it's been a 'What-If' scenario or a real-world problem. As an accountant with a wide variety of clients, I've seen a lot of different needs for time tracking software. For every question I've had, every situation I've imagined, there's been a solution within this program. The software's features are well thought out and have been able to solve every problem that's come up.
Cons
At first, the interface wasn't exactly obvious and I had to get some training. After that, everything made sense and it was much easier to use. The slight learning curve was the only thing that made it harder to adopt.

Pros
Holistically efficient product for time tracking, vacation tracking and getting a clear view of who is working. It is also user-friendly for our team. Moreover customer service is always available and willing to guide me through any questions I have.
Cons
I did not have any issues with the product itself. However, our executive team decided to switch to a different product.

Pros
I have found tracking employee hours and project time a lot simpler and I also find entering expenses to be simple and issue-free.
Cons
the interface feels quite outdated , I get the sense I'm using something from the 1990s that hasn't been refreshed in years.

Pros
I switched to Timesheets from QuickBooks Time because customer support declined after QuickBooks acquired them. Timesheets excels in customer support and has saved us money, which is why I made the switch.
Cons
Like with any software, there is a learning curve, but it is manageable. I just called our rep, who provided me with the tips I needed to gather my reports.
