I do not have any complaints about Timesheets. The developers have been very supportive with any issues I have faced and have answered all my questions!

I like the integration with QuickBooks and the flexibility of managing various projects, users and clients. The support is fantastic!

The website has too many light-shaded elements, which are hard to read for those of us with older eyes. The QB interface is okay, but it is not intuitively designed right out of the box.

Honestly I couldn't find anything that stood out as a real problem and I didn't detect any significant issues with it.

Your support is outstanding. Every time I have reached out, I have spoken with someone knowledgeable and the one fluent in English.

I do no fully grasp the system errors, but fortunately, people they have in the support team have been great about cleaning up my "trash" whenever I encounter a problem and reach out for help.

The software is very user-friendly. Adding sick leave, time off and holidays is also pretty easy for the HR department with Timesheets.

Its challenging to verify if people actually worked the hours they input since they have to log their own time.

The user interface is intuitive. Once I got the hang of it, finding what I needed became a simple task.

I did like to have the option to create a formatted template for job descriptions or, alternatively, create custom project description fields. For example: Owner entity: Engineers: --Electrical --Mechanical --Structural, etc.

Having access to different office locations and employees who are on the road has been a great advantage.

I wish I could customize the timesheets to show or hide specific columns, as some of the information makes the reports look convoluted. Additionally, the font size is an issue.

I find the project time entry and expense entry to be very easy to use.

The lack of communication between QBO platforms is an issue. You can only export to QBO as the platforms do not sync back and forth.

One thing I really value is how simple and flexible this software feels, and the support staff come across as genuinely personable while the pricing is affordable and reasonable. I also like that you can get started immediately without handing over a credit card or being tied into any contract upfront.

Cons

What I find limiting are the customization and reporting tools , they don't offer much depth which gets annoying when I'm trying to pull specific views of our data. I've faced a few intermittent bugs that can bog down workflows. What really frustrates me is the weak integration with the other platforms we rely on especially for HR tasks. It would be so helpful if they provided more connectors so the software could play nicely with our existing toolset.
