Simple from the start

Pros

I've found it really simple to use and it felt interactive right from the start.

Cons

having to enter staff schedules repeatedly becomes quite tedious after using it for some time.

Clean but too many clicks

Pros

I really like how the interface is clean and uncomplicated and it makes logging and overseeing employee hours easy to understand and handle.

Cons

adding notes and submitting my hours involves more clicks and steps than I'd prefer, which makes the whole time entry flow feel more complicated than necessary.

fast & needs bigger text

Pros

I can easily get to everything I need thanks to the clean, no-nonsense layout and it lets me record my hours quickly and see which teammates I worked with, and so far I haven't run into any crashes or freezes while using it.

Cons

My only wish is that it offered more font sizing options so I can adjust the text comfortably.

Perfect for breaks and needs an app

Pros

One thing I love is that I can pause the timer during breaks and it still automatically records my total hours. I'm also glad it's easy to go back and check my own work statistics whenever I need to.

Cons

It would be great to have a dedicated desktop and mobile app because I don't want to log into the website every single time.

Easy and clear, but slow sometimes

Pros

The layout is surprisingly interactive and easy to move around. If I ever get mixed up about which button to press, the clear step-by-step guidance helps me get through things without stress.

Cons

Sometimes it runs slowly and in my experience that seems to happen during busy periods when lots of users are online.

good for logging, needs another app

Pros

I liked having a separate area where I could log my hours and keeping that task isolated from everything else.

Cons

What annoyed me was that I had to install yet another app on my phone just to access this for work. Since my phone storage is fairly tight, I found that particularly aggravating.

Tracks time-off well but confusing ui

Pros

I value how it keeps track of my time-off requests and balances accurately.

Cons

Im finding the interface very confusing to get around and I can't figure out how to enter negative time entries, which is really frustrating.

Great value but hard to find features

Pros

It is really easy to use compared with other tools I've tried. What really impresses me is the free tier they provide and even with all the pro features included, the paid plan is only around $5 which feels like a great value for what you get.

Cons

When I need features I don't use on a regular basis, it can get annoying , I end up wasting too much time hunting through menus to find what I'm after. The layout and navigation could definitely be clearer for those occasional tools so I wouldn't have to dig around.

simple for students to use

Pros

I work at a small dental assisting school where students have to complete internship hours and I used this to record their time. I found it generally easy to use, although we eventually switched to another solution.

Cons

Occasionally I wished accessing it would be simpler, despite its generally user-friendly design. My students enjoyed using it, yet I did facemoments when I needed better and more timely accessibility options.

Manages everything but slow to set up

Pros

Because I am awful at keeping track of my calendar, this app helps me manage everything so nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

initial setup takes a fairly long time to complete but I'd recommend it to others anyway.

Best for big teams!

Pros

Its extremely reliable at tracking employee hours and attendance, which is a big help especially for larger companies that have many staff members to keep an eye on.

Cons

When multiple people with similar names are logged in simultaneously, I get pretty confused and it makes managing who did what more difficult.

Easy to track hours, too simple

Pros

how easy it is to keep track of my working hours. The layout is clear and easy on the eyes, which helps me quickly see precisely how many hours I've logged.

Cons

The absence of more sophisticated technical features is frustrating. Even though the simple design has its perks, it also makes it all too easy for me to make accidental mistakes.

does exactly what I need

Pros

I find the layout very smooth which makes handling all tasks surprisingly simple. I value how easy it is to use and there isn't any difficulty and going through everything feels easy.

Perfect dashboard but hard to log hours

Pros

Its clean and interactive tool, everything just falls into place when I'm navigating around. The dashboard really won me over because I can instantly see who's clocked in at the moment, spot attendance trends and even tweak weekly schedules without bouncing between different screens. Managing timesheets has become noticeably easier and the automatic time tracking quietly handles productivity monitoring so I don't have to micromanage every detail.

Cons

its hard to accurately capture billable hours since our focus is on delivering results rather than constantly logging time. When I'm fully immersed in producing excellent outcomes for clients, having to keep up with timesheets feels like needless overhead that pulls me away from the actual value-creation work.

Lifesaver for time, but power problems

Pros

the timesheet tool has become a total lifesaver , I no longer deal with the issue of manually logging hours. It runs simplely and cuts down on the weekly time I spend by a huge margin. What I particularly appreciate is the strong protection around our staff records, knowing everyone's details are secured really lets me relax.

Cons

The system is a bit touchy sometimes and whenever the office loses power, everything grinds to a halt and we're stuck waiting far longer than feels reasonable.

good support and reports

Pros

it's a no-nonsense app that makes checking hours so simple. The reports include every detail I need and I can retrieve data from way back when if required. Customer support has been amazingly helpful and always easy to contact whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

I have not tried the project or expense tracking parts, so I'm unsure how smoothly they'd sync with QuickBooks or other accounting systems.

Efficient and aligned tool but too expensive

Pros

I've really noticed how this application simplifies tracking my timesheet entries, making the whole process far more efficient and aligned than before.

Cons

To be honest, there isn't anything about this tool that I dislike, It's dependable and well-built. The single drawback I have is that the cost is simply outside my current budget.
