Easy to use, but slow to submit

Pros

I can quickly fill out my timesheets and get them submitted into the system without dealing with any issue.

Cons

there's a frustrating delay with the timesheet functionality that I find makes completing entries challenging.

Simple and neat but setup is tricky

Pros

I genuinely like how simple it is to record my hours , it reliably keeps all of my entries neatly organized and tracked.

Cons

the setup is somewhat fiddly and could use clearer steps so I can get everything up and running without extra effort.

Perfect dashboard & needs a mobile app

Pros

I can see everything at a glance on one dashboard, so I don't have to switch between multiple screens. The interface is really smooth and I didn't need much training to get comfortable using it at all.

Cons

A mobile app would help when I really need on-the-go access.

Great for managing the team

best for tracking, but workers can cheat

Pros

I love how well it handles tracking , I no longer have to keep nagging the team to record their hours. Putting a virtual timeclock at every employee's workstation is ideal especially for us since our staff works out of several different sites and locations.

Cons

One big problem I ran into was that staff members were able to modify their own time logs. There was a particular employee who kept changing her recorded hours whenever she felt like it, which completely undermined our ability to track her true working time accurately.

good timer but it crashes

Pros

I genuinely value the built-in timer feature because it lets me keep exact time-tracking logs without any guesswork.

Cons

Lately, I've noticed the program crashes more often than I'd like and it feels fairly unstable overall.

Clear hours & needs a mobile app

Pros

Super easy to see who logged their hours , there's no ambiguity about it at all.

Cons

Personally, the fact it's only available through a web browser feels restrictive , I'd really love an actual mobile app to use on the go.

Easy to use but looks old

Pros

I can easily clock in and out and checking my hours is really simple. The navigation feels super easy and I am able to view my sick time quickly as well.

Cons

interface looks quite outdated and I'd love a visual refresh to make it more pleasant and easier on the eyes.

Efficient but sometimes glitchy

Pros

In my experience, this timesheet application is really efficient and easy to get around which saves me time each day.

Cons

Every so often it becomes glitchy and I find that incredibly frustrating when I need to move quickly through my tasks.

Great drafts and mobile, no issues

Pros

I can compose and keep drafts of my entries also, I can save them multiple times before I finally submit when the deadline arrives. Being able to go back and edit saved drafts is extremely useful. Also, the mobile interface runs smoothly for me and is very convenient.

Cons

I'm quite happy with how it all functions. Honestly, there isn't anything about the platform that annoys me ,

It works but messy payroll

Pros

the app is incredibly easy to use, and our entire team quickly took to it. The layout is logical and people learned the ropes fast without needing extensive training.

Cons

We struggle to separate various pay rates , overtime, shift premiums and double-time all get combined which turns payroll reporting and tracking into a total nightmare.

easy to log hours with bad admin panel

Pros

I use this constantly to log my hours and confirm my paychecks are correct. Everything runs smoothly and I haven't experienced any problems.

Cons

The reporting and administrative panels feel awkward and cumbersome to move through. When I try to correct a past mistake or change older entries, I end up clicking through too many screens and losing a significant amount of time.
