“Affordable and secure system
Pros
This is an affordable solution that scales as my business expands and manages our timesheets exceptionally well. The reporting tools are dependable and I've come to value the facial verification , it really adds another layer of protection.
Cons
I keep finding that each update rearranges my favorite reports, so I'm always tracking them down in different parts of the app.

“very easy to tweak shifts
Pros
I find staff can tweak their shift times and add notes when necessary with ease. Running all nine of our locations from a single central office has been really simple to manage.
Cons
To be honest, it's quite expensive considering how we actually use it, mostly just for basic time tracking. I feel like we're paying for a bunch of features we don't really need.

“Digital is fast but screens are busy
Pros
Using the digital system removes all those tedious paper forms. The pace is remarkable and I'm unquestionably reclaiming hours I used to spend.
Cons
I find the screens can be a bit much with so much information packed into them , it would help to have options to hide unnecessary details.

Pros
I've had great experiences with the customer support team and I find the platform fairly smooth to use and use.
Cons
It only accepts JPEG files for receipts, and that restriction feels quite limiting. I also can't digitally sign or certify expenses within the platform, which would make approval workflows much smoother and more trustworthy.

Pros
I'm really grateful that the tool lets me review any requested time changes before they're applied , that's incredibly useful in my role as an administrative assistant. It also manages expense tracking which I find very handy.
Cons
I'd really like to see built-in payroll tax functionality added to the product, but aside from that I honestly don't have any complaints about it.

Pros
interface is incredibly easy to use and I appreciate the way everything is organized, bringing on new team members or removing people when necessary is also really simple and quick.
Cons
I wish the app were a bit more developed , I'd love to have a wider set of tools for digging into reports because the present reporting features feel rather basic and restrictive.

I love the customer support team, they're consistently friendly, quick to offer workarounds and updates, and they take our suggestions for future improvements into account. Even though we don't make use of every feature, I can tell there are a lot of capabilities available, such as customizable forms, important date tracking and built-in email messaging tools.
Cons
What frustrates me is that I can't run custom SQL queries. Our organization requires specific data access and transformations that the built-in options don't support. Although there are some workarounds, they fall short of meeting my particular needs and don't solve the gaps we face.

Pros
Personally I love the project's time-tracking feature , it provides clear insight into how my team spends their hours and helps me manage and allocate resources far more effectively.
Cons
I've noticed the 'stat worked' feature isn't performing as it should , it was meant to compute both worked and not-worked statistics correctly but that capability appears to be missing.

The user interface is simple to use and it manages our hourly billing projects exactly the way we need. On the occasions I've stumbled over a feature or two, I usually figure it out on my own without much issue. And when I did need assistance once, their customer support replied promptly and provided a detailed, helpful response that resolved my issue quickly.
Cons
Sometimes employees report to me that they've clocked in or out but the system doesn't record those entries, so I end up having to adjust their times manually. It's possible these incidents are caused by user mistakes on their end but it's still a repetitive issue I notice fairly often.

“Great from anywhere but needs an app
Pros
Being able to reach this from any web connection is incredibly handy. I've found the customer service team excellent to work with. I also rely on the chat feature and use it regularly.
Cons
Having to log in via the URL each time is annoying, I really wish there was a dedicated app to simplify things. The constant need for an internet connection is also maddening, particularly since some of our team members have poor signal in certain locations.

Cons
I would really appreciate a dedicated mobile app because it would make life easier for our staff and managers alike. Several of my employees have told me on multiple occasions that they clocked their time, yet the system failed to record those entries correctly.

I like that I don't have to buy any equipment upfront or worry about setup fees. Because it's pay-as-you-go, I'm billed only for what I use, so my costs stay under control.
Cons
