“simplified my VA management

Pros

It has really simplified how I manage my Virtual Assistants and collaborate with them more effectively. I can monitor what they're working on, see how much time tasks actually take and there's even a spot where they can request time off so I'm never left without coverage. It's incredibly satisfying to have one platform that handles so many different aspects of team management at once.

Cons

NO cons. As I keep testing things out, I'll update this if anything comes up.

Found it easy to use and time tracking couldn't be simpler. Everything just makes sense without needing explanations. Having project management and time tracking in one place is a huge advantage since I don't have to juggle multiple apps or spreadsheets anymore. The way everything flows together gives it a real edge over other platforms I've tried.

Cons

The platform still needs improvements to become more effective. I'd love to see a detailed roadmap showing what improvements are coming and when, so users know what to expect. There are definitely some gaps right now. The project feature could really use better automation for data input, though I'm sure these issues will be addressed soon.

I love how it breaks down time spent across different applications and categorizes them as either work-related or leisure activities. This breakdown has been helpful for boosting my productivity and understanding where my time actually goes.

sometimes I get randomly logged out which is pretty frustrating. The timer also stops working occasionally and doesnt track my time properly. I've had to reinstall it multiple times because of frequent errors.

I like how affordable this time tracking solution is compared to others on the market. It was not hard to set up and I had everything running within minutes of signing up. What impressed me most is the range of features you get for the price point, covering pretty much everything I need for managing my team's hours and projects.

Their support team could definitely be more responsive. This thing crashes way too often which gets really frustrating. There's also a major issue with data accuracy. If you're working late past midnight, like from 11 PM to 1 aM, the system gets confused and shows completely wrong information.

Would love to see better project management integration. Adding Nifty would be amazing. Also, it would be really cool if there was a payroll feature that worked with the time tracking feature.

I'd really appreciate being able to save report templates so I could just update the date ranges instead of rebuilding everything from scratch each time. When I first started using the desktop version, it felt pretty rough around the edges. Though I'll give them credit as they've made significant improvements over the past few months and it's much more reliable now.

Monitoring my work hours is no more an issue thanks to this software. Working remotely, it's been incredibly effective for logging time and demonstrating my productivity to employers.

The tracker gets buggy sometimes and will pause or stop working when it shouldn't. Also, if you want to log specific times and work during a session, you can't edit individual parts. You have to edit everything as a whole unless you stop the timer between tasks.

I can easily keep record of all my tasks and see exactly how long I spend on each one. The dashboard provides a quick overview of my daily, weekly and monthly work hours at a glance. When I forget to start tracking, editing my time entries afterward is simple.

Edit button for tasks and time entries is pretty hard to find which can be annoying when you need to make quick changes.

Mobile access from my phone was pretty rough, the site really needs better mobile optimization. Haven't run into any other issues though.
