“simple for remote work

Pros

This tracker makes monitoring my work hours very simple. Working remotely it's been incredibly effective for logging time and demonstrating my productivity to employers.

Cons

The tracker gets buggy sometimes and will pause or stop working when it shouldn't. Also if you want to log specific times and work during a session, you can't edit individual parts and you have to edit everything as a whole unless you stop the timer between tasks.

I can easily monitor all my tasks and see exactly how long I spend on each one. The dashboard provides a quick overview of my daily, weekly and monthly work hours at a glance. When I forget to start tracking, editing my time entries afterward is simple.

Cons

The edit button for tasks and time entries is hard to find which can be frustrating when you need to make quick changes.

Pros

The software really outperforms most Windows time-tracking applications I've tried. It comes with powerful backend settings that work well for small remote and hybrid teams. The free plan is perfect when you are starting out and need to scale up gradually. I particularly appreciate how it automatically starts and stops time tracking without manual intervention.

Cons

I've been using this for over a year and honestly, the lack of polish really gets to me. There are some major bugs that just wont go away. The biggest one is when my computer goes to sleep or hibernates while time tracking is running and it doesn't pause or correct itself automatically. So if I finish work around midnight and put my PC to sleep, I'll come back in the morning to find 8+ hours logged. Then I have to go back and manually adjust everything, which brings me to my next complaint. The desktop app is complex, slow and requires way too many clicks for simple tasks. Just to start a frequently used time entry, I need to click 7 times plus enter keystrokes. For something thATs supposed to help manage time, the design feels pretty inefficient. Another annoying thing is that since I'm domain-joined, every update breaks the app and I have to manually reinstall it. At least it keeps my settings, but its still frustrating. Would be great if they fix the bugs.

My team figured it out without any training since it is so simple to get the hang of. I literally just told them to start using it and they were good to go.

Cons

Interface feels somewhat messy and could use some cleaning up, though it's not a dealbreaker.

I find it really convenient to set up projects and track how much time my team spends on different tasks each day. Since we work remotely with flexible schedules, this tool makes managing everyone's hours so much easier. The leave application and management features are a nice extra touch that I didn't expect but really appreciate.

With this tool, I can easily monitor my team's work hours which has made me much more efficient as an HR manager. Being able to view logged hours, leave requests and project details all in one place has really boosted my productivity and helped me make better decisions.

I really appreciate being able to track my time across all my devices whether I'm on desktop, mobile or using the web version. The reporting features are solid and I love that I can pause and resume timing on the same task without losing anything. There's plenty of room for customization and the analytics give me great insights into how much time I'm spending on different clients and projects.

Customer service is only available through tickets which can be frustrating when you need immediate help. I'd also love to see a tagging feature so I could categorize and track different aspects of tasks more effectively.

Having tried Clockify, TimeDoctor and several other options, I can say this one stands out as my favorite! The value you get for the price is incredible and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Nothing really stands out as bad. Just that with so many features available, there's definitely a learning curve to get comfortable with everything

Pros

appreciate how many features this tool packs in but the invoicing capability stands out for me. Being able to send invoices directly to clients is convenient and having the invoice link with all the details included makes everything so much smoother.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the interface took some time initially and there's definitely room for improvement in the overall user experience design.
