“useful screenshot feature
Pros
I find this quite easy to use and getting it up and running was not difficult. What really stands out is how well it tracks project details, the screenshot feature is absolutely essential for my workflow. Plus, being able to monitor user activity and what's happening on desktops gives me the visibility I need.
Cons
sometimes we run into small bugs where their server disconnects without any notification popup. Would be nice if they added a Trackabi option right on the current tab you're working on. Right now I have to keep switching back to the app to update my progress every time.

Pros
Makes it simple to track what my team is doing, whether they're working on desktop tasks or other activities. The way you can create and assign tasks to team members works really well for me. The leave management and work hour tracking features are solid too.
Cons
Finding it a bit tricky to distinguish between manual time entries and automatic ones, especially since team members without admin rights can still add time manually without any approval process.

The software launches automatically as soon as I start moving my mouse which is really convenient.

I find this very easy to use and getting it up and running was also very simple. What really stands out is how well it tracks project details, the screenshot feature is absolutely essential for my workflow. This tool has really simplified how I manage my Virtual assistants and collaborate with them more effectively. I can monitor what they're working on, see how much time tasks actually take and there's even a spot where they can request time off so I'm never left without coverage.
