One thing they could work on is customer service. Instead of handling everything via email, maybe they could offer product demos upon request. Another issue I've encountered is when creating clients, I can make multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to all of them. This means I have to duplicate projects and assign them individually, which is time-consuming. I work in an accounting firm and having the same tasks across all my clients makes it a hassle to manage, leading to potential errors.

“Well-designed tool for managing time
Pros
It has completely transformed the way my team works! The time tracking features are incredibly detailed and have made our workflow much more efficient. Logging hours is simple, thanks to the user-friendly interface and the reports give us valuable insights into productivity. I also really like the project management features, they help us stay on top of tasks,deadlines and team collaboration without any trouble. Plus, the integrations with tools like Trello and Slack make our workflow so much smoother. The customizable invoicing feature is another big win because it saves us time and ensures accuracy.
Cons
There is very little to complain about with Trackabi. If I had to pick something, it would be that the mobile app could use a few more features. It is great for logging hours but having more of the desktop features available on mobile would make it even better. That said, it is a minor issue compared to all the benefits it offers.
