“Simple set up and reporting
Pros
Everything is so simple, from the set up, reporting and adding roles to using Zapier integration. Even training new employees is not a problem anymore.
Cons
It would be amazing if we could just link projects to clients through the Zapier integration. It would save a lot of time when onboarding new clients.

Pros
I really appreciate the detailed breakdown of how much time each employee spends actively working, what apps they use and the helpful screenshots to track their performance and commitment throughout the day.
Cons
There's an issue when there's no internet and sometimes it doesn't track activity properly. It should still be able to monitor work even when offline.

Pros
This tool is amazing for tracking time, monitoring activity and managing projects. As someone working directly with clients, it's truly been a game-changer for me.
Cons
The desktop app sometimes has a few bugs despite it being a solid software. It can freeze or have trouble starting up. I hope they release a more stable version soon.

Cons

It's time tracking tool is great! Simple to set up and offers a ton of useful features. I can see a much clearer picture of my team's productivity.
Cons
One thing they could work on is customer service. Instead of handling everything via email, maybe they could offer product demos upon request. Another issue I've encountered is when creating clients, I can make multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to all of them. This means I have to duplicate projects and assign them individually, which is time-consuming. I work in an accounting firm and having the same tasks across all my clients makes it a hassle to manage, leading to potential errors.

It's user friendly and best of all, it's affordable. The entire team is now using Trackabi and they love it.
Cons
There's a bit of lag for Mac users and I can't filter multiple people at once when looking at the timesheet reports.

What I love most about Trackabi is how it keeps me motivated to stay productive. It is also incredibly easy to use and does not interrupt my workflow at all. I think anyone looking for a seamless way to track work and productivity will find it really useful.
Cons
One thing I wish Trackabi did better is tracking browser activity more specifically. Right now, if I am on sites like Udemy or Coursera, it just logs everything under "Google Chrome," which is not very helpful. Since those are productive sites for learning, it would be great to see exactly how much time I am spending on them. Adding more detailed tracking for browser activities would make Trackabi even better.

Cons

I have been using this tool to manage my team and it's been fantastic! Made the switch from Onlinejobs.ph time tracker for better clarity and features and haven't looked back. Really appreciate being able to input sick leave, vacation days and other time off directly into the system. The automatic time calculation is super helpful too. Being able to fine-tune the idle detection settings so it stops tracking when there's no movement for a set period is exactly what I needed. The screenshot feature lets me see what my team is working on at any moment which gives great visibility. Plus I can track which applications they're spending most of their time on, really useful for productivity insights.

I can't think of anything negative to say about it.
