Everything is so simple, from the set up, reporting and adding roles to using Zapier integration. Even training new employees is not a problem anymore.

Another issue I've encountered is when creating clients, I can make multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to all of them. This means I have to duplicate projects and assign them individually, which is time-consuming. I work in an accounting firm and having the same tasks across all my clients makes it a hassle to manage, leading to potential errors.
