My solid choice

Pros

The best thing about Trackabi is that it automatically starts tracking time as soon as I open my laptop. I do not have to remember to turn it on, which makes things so much easier. It also helps me break down how I am spending time on projects and tasks, showing me exactly where my focus goes.

Cons

It does what I need it to but I really wish there was a mobile app. Having a mobile version would make it even more convenient especially for tracking time when I am away from my computer. I feel like it could offer even more flexibility than just using the desktop version.

Loving Trackabi for what it offers

Pros

I like how Trackabi lets me log sick leave, vacations and other time off so that everything stays recorded in one place. The fact that it automatically calculates work hours is a huge time-saver. I also appreciate how I can fine-tune the settings so it stops tracking if there is no movement for a certain amount of time. Another feature I really like is the ability to take screenshots of my team's monitors, so I can check in on what they are working on at any given moment. It even shows me which applications they are spending the most time on which is super helpful for keeping everything on track.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing that really bothers me about Trackabi. It works smoothly and I have not run into any major issues.

Everything needed is right here

Pros

Trackabi makes it easy to track time and monitor productivity without any hassle. Setting it up was quick, and the interface is very user-friendly. I also like how I can allocate time to different projects and tasks while setting custom billable rates.

Cons

One small thing I noticed is that fortnightly reports have to be generated manually. It would be great if there were an option to automate this process, just to save time.

Meets all expectations

Pros

The clean interface makes it easy to track time and manage tasks without dealing with anything overly complicated. The detailed reports are a huge plus since they give me a clear view of my work hours and project progress in just a glance. Plus, it is super reliable and keeps getting better with every update. It strikes the perfect balance between being easy to use and packed with useful features.

Cons

If I had to pick one thing I liked least about Trackabi, it would be the mobile app. It does a good job for logging hours on the go but it could use more features and a bit of a performance boost. Sometimes, it lags and it does not have all the functionality of the desktop version. Expanding its capabilities would make the overall experience even better though it is still a solid tool.

Friendly system

Pros

Daily operations run smoothly with this time-tracking solution, the interface is interactive and pricing stays reasonable. My team's been relying on it for over a year without encountering any significant problems. When issues do pop up, support gets back to us within a day or two which I really appreciate.

Cons

I really wish there were more integrations available, like JIRA, Asana or Basecamp would be game-changers for our workflow. Other tools like Everhour offer these kinds of connections and having them here would organize our processes so much more. I know it's probably wishful thinking given the current pricing structure but it would make a huge difference for teams like ours.

Pros

Fits our needs

Pros

I found it really simple to jump in and start using right away. Both my team and I have noticed a huge improvement in how we track and report our hours for billing.

Cons

I'd love more control over report extracts. Being able to create custom templates with my preferred formatting and export settings would be great like showing 1.5 hours instead of 1:30 and removing the daily grouping when exporting to Excel. Maybe these options exist and I just haven't found them yet.

top-notch support

Pros

It's very simple to bring on subcontractors who work from different locations globally. The Client > Project > Task framework is perfect for how I structure my business and handle billing. Getting everything configured and operational happened really fast. As my business grows and I bring on more team members, I'm planning to fully commit to using this platform.

Cons

I struggle a bit with understanding the Timesheet reports and the calculations aren't always clear to me. Probably just need to spend more time going through the documentation to figure out the printing options.

great productivity metrics

Pros

The productivity tracking is spot-on and really transparent about showing which websites and programs I'm using. Everything is simple to understand and I can quickly see how productive I've been just by glancing at the metrics.

Cons

The interface gets laggy when I'm tracking time and I've run into some bugs here and there. One thing that bothers me is how it keeps running in the background even after I close it.

Convenient solution that i'd recommend

Pros

Really like how this handles project and task tracking across different clients. It's also good that clients can actually see the time sheets for their projects and gives them read access to monitor activities and time spent which builds trust. The fact that it works on both desktop and mobile is fantastic too.

Cons

Report creation feels overly complicated with too many steps that seem unnecessary. There's no time vs budget tracking or financial reporting options either. I couldn't figure out how to pull report data into invoices though I probably need to dig deeper into this feature.
