easy tracking with a restart bug

Pros

Interface is very user friendly making time tracking easy for me. When I arrive at the office, I simply start the timer and categorize my hours by task which has really helped optimize my productivity.

Cons

The app stops working on its own pretty frequently which means I have to manually restart it each time. It's a minor bug that could probably be fixed with an update but it's still annoying when your trying to track things consistently.

interactive tool with random stops

Pros

Very interactive tool it is and the interface feels clean and simple to use. The tracking options are flexible enough to adapt to different work styles which is great. What I find particularly useful is how it captures the actual work we're doing while also monitoring how much time gets spent in each application.

Cons

What I dislike most is how it randomly stops working even when I'm actively using it. If I pause my work and come back, I have to constantly monitor whether it's still running properly. The accuracy of the data could also be much more precise than it currently is.

Great for remote management but crashes often

Pros

The monitoring capabilities really stand out to me & being able to view screen captures and time logs of team members makes remote management so much easier. It gives me confidence that everyone stays on track even when we're all working from different locations.

Cons

App crashes constantly when updates are needed and since I sometimes forget to check for updates or miss the notifications, I end up dealing with frequent crashes that disrupt my workflow.

a productivity booster

Pros

Super easy to use and it makes going through different features feel easy. The time tracking functionality works smoothly across multiple projects which has been a game-changer for my workflow. The reporting features provide valuable insights that help me understand where my time is actually going. Plus the integration capabilities with other tools I use daily makes everything feel connected and streamlined, boosting my overall productivity and keeping me organized.

Cons

The report customization sometimes feels limited compared to what I'd expect and the mobile app could definitely use some work. Integration options are also somewhat restricted, there are several tools I use that just don't connect with this platform.

Transformed our team, mobile app lags

Pros

It has completely transformed how our team operates! What really stands out is the comprehensive time tracking, it has seriously organized everything we do. Logging hours is super simple, thanks to the clean interface and those detailed reports give us amazing insights into our productivity levels. The project management side is fantastic too, helping us stay on top of tasks, deadlines and team collaboration without breaking a sweat. Integration with our existing tools like Trello and Slack has made everything flow so much better. Plus the customizable invoicing saves us tons of time while keeping everything accurate.

Cons

If I'm being honest there isn't much to complain about here. The one thing that bothers me is the mobile app and it's decent for tracking time when I'm out and about but it's missing a lot of the features you get on desktop. Would love to see more functionality added to the mobile version to make it truly complete. Still this is pretty minor considering everything else it does well.

Excellent Time Tracking and Project Management Tool

Pros

Trackabi has transformed the way how my team works! What stands out the most is its detailed time tracking features which have made our workflow much smoother. The user-friendly interface makes logging hours a hassle free task and the detailed reports give us great insights into our productivity. Plus, the project management features are excellent, letting us manage tasks, deadlines and team collaboration with ease. Integrating with other tools like Trello and Slack has made our workflow seamless and more efficient. The customizable invoicing feature is another major benefit which saves us time and ensuring accuracy.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little I dislike about Trackabi. If I had to point out one issue, it would be that the mobile app could be a bit more functional. While it is great for logging hours on the go, having more of the desktop features available on the mobile app would make it perfect. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall benefits Trackabi offers.

Perfect tool for team coordination

user-friendly tool and great for attendance

Pros

I have found this tool really user friendly and it's been working well for tracking our team's hours. The interface makes sense and doesn't require much training to get started. It's particularly good at keeping tabs on attendance patterns and giving us a clear picture of who's working when.

Smooth logging, slow on old entries

Pros

interactive with a steep start

Pros

UI is really interactive and easy to use. I appreciate how detailed the reporting features are and they give me exactly the insights I need. Being able to customize workflows to match our processes has been a game-changer for our team.

Cons

Its difficult to use when you're first getting started. The cost can be a bit much for smaller operations and there aren't as many integration options as I'd like to see.

good our agency but doesn't work very well on windows

Pros

We've been using this for over a year at our agency and it's completely transformed how we operate. Getting new team members started is incredibly smooth & the interface is so simple that everyone picks it up right away. The reporting features are fantastic; pulling timesheet data for each employee gives us real insights into project efficiency and workloads. What really makes this stand out is the gamification aspect and it actually makes time tracking enjoyable instead of a chore which keeps everyone motivated. The scalability is perfect for our growing team with apps available across all platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android). The desktop timer includes advanced tracking like screenshots and activity monitoring, while the mobile app has GPS functionality. Other features that have been game-changers include customizable timesheets, integrated leave management, detailed reports, invoicing capabilities, project planning tools and informative dashboards. It's helped us streamline workflows and boost productivity significantly.

Cons

The desktop timers can really bog down Windows machines so we've had users experience slowdowns and even freezing though our Mac users dont seem to have this problem. While we rarely run into major issues, there are still some minor areas that could use improvement as the software continues developing.

Pros

It helps me keep precise records of all my task activities which has really improved the service I provide to my company. The time tracking features are exactly what I needed for managing my workload effectively.

Cons

Most of the time it can't auto-start after taking a break. I usually have to manually restart the application myself. I think this option really needs some customization.
