“Best Tracking Software

Pros

I like how the user interface is designed for both the website and desktop application. It makes maintaining projects easy. I can monitor my idle time and user activity to improve myself.

Cons

The timer often is not synchronized between the webpage and the application. When I open the app, it does not redirect me to the current day, and the timer is not updated from the app when I need to make changes in the web view.

Trackabi offers a user-friendly interface which makes it easy for us to navigate and use its features without any problem. Also it provides detailed and precise time tracking and allows users to view their weekly and monthly hours which gives a clear overview of time spent on various tasks and projects over different periods.

Honestly, I have not found any major drawbacks with Trackabi. The app performs exceptionally well in every aspect from time tracking to project management and reporting.

The app looks good and is easy to navigate, making time tracking a great feature. Moreover it combines project management, time tracking and reporting features in one platform, which is highly beneficial for monitoring project progress and productivity.

The app sometimes sends too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I have also encountered occasional bugs and glitches that interrupt the user experience. Additionally, time tracking is often inconsistent and the timer continues running for over 96 hours if not manually turned off.

The alert system was a bonus, keeping me informed without having to constantly check the app.

Cons

Although Trackabi provides a strong tracking solution, there are a few areas where it could improve. At times, the platform experiences delays in updating shipment statuses, which can create uncertainty. Additionally, the lack of detailed tracking history beyond the current shipment is somewhat limiting for those who prefer to maintain a thorough log of their deliveries.

Trackabi is very user-friendly, especially if you're new to time-tracking software. It's easy to onboard employees and the timer is quite resourceful. The desktop app allows you to track your time easily. Even though we aren't using all the features, it offers many that I assume are highly beneficial for an organization.

Cons

Trackabi does not account for reading time, which is problematic for tasks that involve reading. Sometimes, it does not log my time properly and the timer wrongly assumes I am inactive. This issue is quite annoying and needs major improvement. Additionally, the mobile app is buggy. I have tried it on three different devices, including a tablet and it still wont work. This makes working while traveling difficult.

Trackabi provides very accurate data from employee usage which makes it easier to track working periods accurately. It gives an overall view of work and the time taken to complete a project.

Cons

The user interface is somewhat complex and not ideal for daily use. Increasing the overall view size of the app would make it much easier to use.

The application tracking feature has a significant flaw. It tracks applications outside of working hours which it should not do.

What I like the most is that I can manually add time if our network connection fails and the time tracking does not work.

I want Trackabi to have an auto-start feature when my PC boots up. Additionally, there is a bug with dual-boot operating systems where the time is tracked according to the local time of the PC.
